Tired

Rudy glance at the clock in the screen of his phone.

2:45 AM

He let out a heavy sigh and glance at the papers that were sprawled all over his desk. He cusses internally at the fact he only managed to finish 5 out of 10 of his assignments that night. Even though he was given a month to do it he seems to be doing all in one go. Even he questioned himself about it.
He shrugged it off and gain back his energy to continue his work. Probably so that he won't procrastinate much when the deadline is near.

A small creek from the door made him shot his head to the door in alert. Soon his gaze soften once he recognise the person that had just entered his work place.

"Rudy..why are you still up..? It's almost 3 in the morning.." Ali yawned once he finished his sentence. His voice sounded soft and sleepy as it made the inviso smiled softly at him but quickly turn back to his normal stoic expression before Ali could notice.

"Just trying to finish up my assignment.."

Ali gave a look like he was trying to process the sentence. "We're in the same class..don't we have a month to finish it..?"
"Well, yes. But I just felt like finishing it all tonight so I won't have to stress later on." Rudy said as he turn his attention back to his assignments and organized the papers that were all over his desk.

Ali let out a soft hum, "You still need rest though.."

"I know."

...

"Rudy.."

"Hm..?"

"Rest."

"Nah."

The younger boy let out a groan of annoyance and made his way towards Rudy who was too focused on writing.
Ali spun his chair to face him, earning a rather shocked expression from the older boy.

"C'mon.." Ali tried to show that he was serious but his sleepy look have failed him. Rudy crossed his arms over his chest while raising a brow, "What if I don't want to?"
Ali rolled his eyes in annoyance. Never thought the hedgehog in front of he would be so stubborn.

"Gosh darn it, Rudy! Just go to beddddd-"

"Fine. But what do I get in return?"

"I'll sleep with you." Ali replied bluntly which surprised both of them. The younger boy could feel his face heating up in embarrassment. "I- I MEAN- I- UH-" He stuttered. Trying to come up with an excuse to cover up his mistake. But what surprised him more was Rudy's reply.

"Deal." He muttered loud enough for the tekno to hear as a light hue of red dusted his cheeks. Ali was speechless. If his face could go redder, it would. He stepped back when Rudy suddenly stood up, leaning down close to his face. "Let's go then." With that he left his work place, leaving Ali regretting his decisions alone.

"Fffffuck..- what have I done- Ali you dumbass idiot!" He smacked his own forehead in frustration. The fact that he also liked the hedgehog for quite awhile now wasn't helping with his minor panic attack.

"Okay- Breath, Ali..."

"Oi. I'm waiting here. It's either you get your ass to this room or I will continue my god damn assignments." Rudy yelled from the other room which Ali assume it was his.
"Fuck my life.." he gathered his courage and headed to his room, looking at Rudy who was getting comfy.

"Oh wow. Your bed is much softer than mine." The inviso complimented, earning a silent treatment from the tekno. A smirk could be seen on Rudy's face. "It's your words and not mine, Agent Iris~" he teased as Ali groaned. "I know what I said okay?! Shut up!" He stomped towards his bed and plop down on the empty space with his back facing Rudy, not wanting to even look at his sly ass smirk.

Rudy on the other hand was rather amused by his behaviour and decided to tease more. So he scooted closer, snaking his arms around Ali's waist, feeling him flinched under his unexpected touch.

"W-what are you doing..-"

"Resting. What else?" Rudy muttered as he nuzzled his face to Ali's soft locks.

"D-do you have to hug me- stop that!" Feeling annoyed, Ali shot his head back to look at Rudy only to find his face was only an inch away from the other boy, eyes locked onto each others. None of them dared to break their gaze.
You could say it have been a solid 20 second they had been staring at each other. Ali hesitantly opened his mouth to speak only to get cut off when Rudy press his lips onto his. The tekno was caught off guard but slowly finds himself returning the kiss after.

They stayed like that for awhile until they ran out of breath and broke the kiss, panting softly as their faces were dusted in red. Ali covered his face and turn away from Rudy shyly. Boy, he didn't expect this to happen at all. The older boy chuckled and held him closer, nuzzling onto Ali's neck, earning a small gasp from the boy.

"Rudy can you n-not..?" He voiced out softly.

"What..? I know you like it~" Ali let out a sound of embarrassment at that statement. Rudy only smiled softly before closing his eyes, finally started to feel tired.

He opened one of them shortly after when he felt the figure next to him shifted only to find Ali all snuggled up to his chest.
He smiled softly at the sight before him and leaned down to kiss Ali's head. The said boy muffled something to his chest.

"Hm..? What was that?"

Ali sighed and timidly look up to meet Rudy's gaze.

"I said I hate you, dumbass.."

Rudy hummed, chuckling a bit from Ali's behaviour, "Love you too, ya idiot.."

Even with the small insult. Ali felt the weight in his chest lifted with his reply.
With that the both of em fell asleep peacefully while holding in each others arms.
