Part 3: HANJI WHY?!

The sun began to rise on a beautiful Sunday morning and the light shone through Petra's window. The two lay huddled up under the covers and wrapped up in one another. Levi's eyes opened slowly and a small smile grew on his face he saw Petra still sleeping next to him.

Levi POV:

I laid there quietly watching her chest rise and fall with her steady breathing. The morning sun highlighting her strawberry blonde hair in many wonderful shades. She was smiling in her sleep and she seemed very content. I kissed her forehead softly and her eyes fluttered open. This bright amber eyes shined at me with such joy. Each one as if it were an individual sun, a symbol of the light she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.

"Levi?"

She fidgeted at how long I had been staring at her. I kissed her head again and climbed out of bed.

"Come on let's get cleaned up"

She giggled at me and hopped up, grabbing her self some clean clothes.

"Levi aren't you clothes at your dorm?"

"Tch"

I had almost forgotten about that. I groaned in annoyance. My practice clothes were there but I always carried extra clothes with me.

"I brought some clothes, but I'm going to have to go get ready at my place"

"You should eat breakf-" KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

Someone interrupted her sentence halfway through.

"Petra! Sasha ate too much food! Can you cook more breakfast?!"

I sighed. Did they make her do everything around here? She just giggled and opened the door a crack.

"I'll be out in a minute Hanji. OK?"

"Alright...hey do you know what happened to Levi last night?"My ears perked up at the sound of my name, but I remained silent and still.

"Ehhhh...nope I don't know"

"Hey can I come in? We can girl talk while you get ready!"

"I would really prefer if you didn't"

I could see her fidgeting and looking around nervously. I heard Hanji squeal.

"Oh my god he's in there isn't he! Oh my gosh Petra! Yo have to tell me every-"

Petra was burning red and although it was adorable to see her flustered, Hanji was getting very annoying very quickly. Frankly, I didn't see that it wasn't any of her business and no one likes a meddler. I stood behind Petra and opened the door some more so I could glare right at her.

"Is something wrong Hanji? As co-captain of the fencing team I think you should be making sure our team that attended your party and got drunk in your dorm make it to practice safely today."

Hanji new this was my way of threatening her. Coach would not be pleased to see all of his students tired and hungover. She smiled and walked away.

"Uh see you at practice later!"

Petra POV:

I let out a sigh of relief as I shut the door and turned to Levi.

“Thank you”

“No problem! Stupid four-eyes is so annoying.” I giggled,he gets irritated really easily. He can’t stand filth or immaturity.

“Alright I’ll make everyone breakfast, then we can get ready for practice”

“Sounds good to me” He smiled and kissed me before we left the room. Hanji was still eyeing us and trying not to squeal. I could see it on her face and Sasha’s. She must have told her, go figure. Hanji is a bit of a gossip, but she never spreads horrible rumors like other people do. I guess in the end she just wants me to be happy, she really is a good friend. I cooked us all pancakes, bacon, and eggs. We all needed some coffee to wake up a little more, so I poured for steaming cups. Levi thanked me for letting him stay and the food before he left. He stole a quick kiss and I went to the bathroom blushing.
