I looked at myself in the mirror and I noticed I lost a little weight which is good. Really good.

Maybe I'm imagining it but it could also be real.

I'm starting off with cutting off certain foods and habits so it makes losing weight easier.

I need to do that before I start gaining too much or too fast.
I'm worried about how I'll look after losing weight..

It's 12:15 pm and I'm hungry
It's lunch at school and everyone else is eating
Obviously I'm not eating.
I am hungry but I'm NOT going to eat.
