"Looks like our work is done!" Holland smiles, crossing her arms back over her chest. "At least for now." She turned, leaving the two of them, soon followed by Taylor. Taylor went off to chat with Alex, and Holland found Crystal, working on more clothing. "Hey you," she smiled, sitting next to her. "So, I finally did it."
"Did what?" Crystal laughed. Holland was very proud of herself, as could been told by her huge grin and perky attitude.
"I got them together! I played Match-Maker! Well, sort of... I got him to talk to her, and they kissed."
"Really?" she asked, eye brows rising. Holland nodded.
"And with my talents of reading lips, she told him she was in love with him." Crystal's jaw dropped in shock.
"No way! Seriously? That's...."
"An incredible turn around from a week ago. Guess you were right; only took about a week. Well, at least to get them to confess they liked each other, anyways."
"It'll probably take another to get them to date," Crystal jokes. Holland laughs, standing and brushing off her pants before sitting back down on Crystal's lap.
"They were bound to end up together anyway, unless she did choose Luke in the end. I mean, we're going to be Here until we die, might as well live the most realistic life we can, right?" Crystal wraps her arms around the strawberry blonde, smiling.
"Very true. I've got everything I need right here," she smiles, kissing Holland on the cheek. Holland giggles, kissing Crystal back.
"I should probably get back to chores," she starts. "But then again, they can wait." Holland turns, and kissing Crystal on the lips, both girls smiling. "I love you."
"I love you."
In the woods, Niall and Annie lay by patches of flowers, looking up into the tree filled sky. It was almost like there wasn't a sky, and it was all just leaves and branches, forever. Annie had been laying beside Niall, her head on his arm, a hand placed on his chest. "You know, we may not have made it home," Niall starts. "But Here isn't all that bad. I'm just glad that you made it out of The Games."
"You mean that 'we' did," Annie corrects him. "If I had made it out and you had died, I would feel just as terrible, if not worse." Annie rolled over, climbing on top of the blonde's chest. "I love you, and I would rather be safe, with you beside me, than alive and a Victor of The Hunger Games. Especially if I had to return alone. I wouldn't be the winner, in any case but this one." Niall smiles, lifting his head to kiss her, his hands placed on her hips.
"I love you," he tells her. Nothing else is said, but Annie rests her head tipped to the side on Niall's chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart. After a while, Louis and Zayn approach.
"Well, how are you two doing?" Louis smiles.
"Fine, thanks," Annie answers.
"Hey, Louis," Niall grabs his attention.
"Hmm?"
"You guys ever thought of remodeling?" Zayn laughs.
"What are you talking about?" Niall gets up, stretching.
"You know, these beds are nice and all, and we've got a great shelter going on, but what if we made new ones in the trees?"
"Like a Tree House?" Louis asked. The blonde nods. After pondering it a moment, Louis proposes a slight problem. "I don't know, Niall, it could be a waste of resources." He rethought his plan briefly before continuing.
"Well, what if we try it, and keep the shelters down here? Worse comes to worst we just tear the Tree Houses down." Zayn and Louis nod.
"Alright, I buy it. But, I'm putting you guys in charge of that. Get to it as soon as possible." Annie stands, wrapping an arm around Niall's waist.
