Chapter 4* Detention?

    Uugh.. Mondays. Worst day of the week for me.Woke up tired..as usual,felt a bit depressed but mostly worried about yesterday.

I really felt like I should just stay home and take a day off or something..but of course there was mom to stop me from doing that.

Though the weekend actually felt quite free ..you know no essays or projects,I still felt like there was something I didn't do.
Well couldn't really think straight now so guess it's best to just get dressed and leave.

I looked at the time and it was already 7:33am..well no cause for alarm.

As a boy I had the gift of being able to get dressed and ready for school in less than twenty minutes.
I rushed into the shower and had a quick bath ..got out,fixed my hair, applied some deodorant and got dressed.

"That's all... I guess" I said staring at the mirror.

"Dear are you up yet" mom asked...I knew she already knew the answer to that cause I always play my music while getting dressed.

"Yes mom"..I answered weakly.

I turned of the music and went down for breakfast..then I remembered grandma's still around.

"Morning grandma" I said while coming down.

"Morning my boy ..how was your night" she asked giving me a forehead peck.

"It was great grandma"..

"Morning dad .. morning mom" ..I greeted my parents.

"Morning son" they both replied.

I quickly took breakfast and had like two minutes rest then I left for the car.

"I'm done dad" I said while walking to the car.

   Dad took his keys and followed.

I got to school a little bit late and I got into class as math period was on.

"And that's it for today" the math teacher said.

"Damn I missed the whole period" I murmured.

"Morning young man... why are u late" the teacher asked.

"Uuuum...no valid reason" I said trying to smile.

"Uugh ..just sit" she said.

"Sup dude" ven whispered.

"I'm ok..I guess" I replied.

"Ok..now it's time for your projects" the teacher said smiling.

"Project??..oh no I knew I forgot something" I said out loud.

"I remembered, just decided not to do it" ven said smiling.

"Ok since you two found it funny to not do your projects ..come out" the teacher said looking sternly at us."

"Oh no..what could she possibly want now" ven said as we were getting up.
