You have a twin brother in Ravenclaw. Even though you two look very similar, most people don't put it together that you two are related until they hear your last names.

Ron: Ravenclaw, muggleborn, year above

You were adopted so you have no idea if you have any biological siblings, but you do have a sister that is 2 years older than you and younger brother by 2 years that became your siblings when you got adopted. They do not have any magical abilities but they think it's amazing that you do.

Draco: Slytherin, pureblood, year below

You have 2 other brothers. One is 7 years older than you and the other is 5 years older than you. Both of them were in Slytherin as well.

George: Slytherin, half, same year

You're an only child

Fred: Gryffindor, pureblood, 2 years below (same as Trio)

You come from a really big family. You have a sister that is 10 years older than you who is done with school but she was a Hufflepuff, a brother that is 7 years older than you who is also done with school and he was a Slytherin, a sister 3 years older than you who is a Slytherin, and a brother that is a year younger than you in Gryffindor, and another brother that is 9 and excitedly awaiting his letter.

Cedric: Hufflepuff, muggleborn, same year

You have a sister that is 4 years younger than you. She becomes a witch as well and is Hufflepuff with you. You also have a baby brother who is 3 and you're hoping that he gets magical abilities as well.
