"Give me love like never before
'Cause lately I've been craving more"
In which a model and a footballer are both dragged to a party that neither of them want to be at and a friendship is formed.
What should've been an awkward car ride to the English capital was actually pretty enjoyable for both of them. They spent the trip reminiscing about old stories and just taking in general.
Ben was happy to see that Lucy was actually willingly talking to him but on the other hand the blonde was mad at herself for letting him back in so easily after what happened.
The trip came to an end as Ben pulled into a driveway of a house on the outskirts of Chelsea and shut off the engine to his car.
Seeing as their was no other car in the driveway, Lucy assumed that the retailer was running late.
They both got out of the car in silence and Lucy looked towards the house a few feet away. It was safe to say that Ben had still, the house was absolutely stunning on the outside and she could just imagine what the inside looked like.
After a few moments of silence as Lucy just observed the view in front of her, she turned to find Ben leaning against his side of the car watching her.
"What?" Lucy questioned smiling slightly.
"Nothing." Ben shrugged his shoulders casually.
"So when's the retailer coming?" The blonde asked as she copied his actions and leant against the passenger side of the car.
"Well that's kind of the thing." Ben started as he began to walk round the car towards Lucy. "They aren't coming."
"What do you mean they aren't coming?" Lucy felt very confused right now as she watched Ben dig into his pocket and produced to set of keys one of which he held out towards the model.
"What's this?" Lucy asked as she accepted the keys and examined them in her hand until something caught her eye. On the key ring was a small chain that read her name. "Ben?"
"This is the reason I didn't tell you about my transfer." Ben explained but that didn't mean Lucy was understanding him.
"Why have the keys got my name on it?"
Ben looked down at his own hand before holding up the set of keys that he had, which had a name tag that matched her own but this one had Ben's name on it.
Things began to make sense in Lucy's head as she glanced from the keys in her hand up to the house a few feet away. And all of a sudden she realised what was happening.
"You didn't." Lucy spoke as she looked back to the defender.
"You're great at ruining your own surprises Luc." Ben smiled at her. "I'm not asking you to forgive me straight away. I know I hurt you unintentionally. But I want you to know that this will always be your home."

Ben was due at Cobham the next day for his first official training with Chelsea. Following the events of yesterday, Lucy headed home with her keys in tow after Ben refused to take them back.
He knew it was a lot to spring on her especially after the fact he had lied to her about the whole transfer thing but he still hoped that now he had explained it all to her she would change her mind.
Ben parked his car before grabbing his bag and heading inside. He greeted members of staff along the way until he came across two of his new teammates, Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham.
"So, how'd it go?" Mason wondered as Ben approached them. Ben released a sigh and dropped his bag. "That bad huh?"
"Bad? It was terrible. She took the key and left." Ben explained.
"She just left?" Tammy asked confused.
"Okay well she didn't just leave but it felt like that. I feel even worse now for doing it than I did before." The defender told his two new teammates.
"Come on Ben. I'm sure it wasn't that bad. Maybe she just needs a bit of time to think. You did just spring a house on her after she thought you lied to her." Mason assured his friend.
"Hopefully." Ben released a sigh before the doors opened and more of the Chelsea team entered the room cutting their conversation short.

"He bought you a house?!" Tara exclaimed as had just listened to Lucy explain the events of London yesterday.
"I know." Lucy sighed as she leant against the kitchen island feeling defeated after spending the night twisting and turning.
"Are you getting back together?" Tara wondered calming down from the shock of the news she had just received.
"I don't know, T. He bought a house for goodness sake!" Lucy replied as she rested her face in her hands looking over at her friend.
"Come on Lucy. That's pretty cute, even you have to admit. Now you know why he was so secretive about the transfer. He was trying to surprise you." Her best friend reminded the blonde.
"I know but still. I feel like a hypocrite for judging him and giving out them to just turn around and get back together cause I found out her bought me a house." Lucy felt defeated. She felt like no matter what decision she made it would always be the wrong one.
