Chapter 4: A Visit From the Afton Family

"Ugh! This is soooooo boring!" Nightmare said. He was holding a book because he was curious why Dream loves reading so much. "Like, this is so fricking predictable- OH!" Nightmare was starting to get interested in the book he's reading. A few seconds later, Nightmare suddenly yelled, "OOOOOO YOU F***** UP DUDE!!!"

"Nightmare!" Dream said. "Mind your language!"

"English," Nightmare said sarcastically.

"You know that's not what I meant," Dream said while lifting his head from the book he's reading. "So what made that book so interesting? What's it about?"

"Well, you see," Nightmare said. "There are two boys who were raised in the same building but they aren't brothers. Then they met up, became friends and practically didn't leave each other no matter what."

"Sounds a little bit like us don't you think?" Dream said.

"Yeah..." Nightmare said. "Even their dads died because they stole something from an important object and they got kidnaped just to protect that object and they became brothers and so on and so forth."

"I guess it's just our biography."

"No, because one of them decided to betray the other and kill them because they think that their friend is bad but they're actually innocent."

"Sounds bad... (you'll do it in the future dude -_-) I feel sorry for their friend. Feeling betrayed must've been really hard."

"Yes, but the one who tried to kill them said something really offensive like 'you are good for nothing blah blah blah'"

Dream laughed a bit and Nightmare continued, "So in the end the one who got betrayed also decided to kill the one that tried to kill them"

"So what happened? Did anyone get killed?"

"I don't know, haven't finished reading..." Nightmare then looked at the front page. It said 'Nightmare and Dream's past written by the JR leaders 2020' (I'm not creative okay??? T-T) Nightmare was shocked to see this. "Dream... this IS our fate! Just look at this" Nightmare showed Dream the front page.

Dream was slightly shocked about this but said, "Maybe it's just for entertainment?" Nightmare fell silent.

After a few minutes, he said, "Dream? Promise we'll never be like this?"

"Promise"

Dream was in the middle of his work when he heard a girl's voice in his non-existent ear. You'll miss them when they're gone... shattered... dead... Dream got spooked out by this and got his guard high. He looked around and didn't see anyone. He went back to work and then heard a boy's voice. NO!!! DON'T LEAVE CHRIS!!! I'M SO SORRY!!! There was a pause... Dream then saw a teenage boy wearing a red fox mask. He covered one of his eyes and had brown hair and black eyes with green pupils. He was holding a little kid's dead body that had blood on his head. Then it faded into the same teenage boy but he's sitting feet clutched to his chest, head in his crossed hands. I wish I never did that prank to kill him...

Be lucky your brother is still alive... mine's dead. Said a man's voice. Voices kept talking around him and Dream kept trying to ignore it. "CAN YOU GUYS JUST SHUT UP?!" Dream yelled. The voices stopped and Dream went back to work.

"Dream..." Said a girl's voice. Dream looked up and saw Lily, Terrence, two teen boys, one teen girl, one man and one woman.

"Who are these guys?!"

"They are our family," Terrence replied. "We brought them because maybe you might listen from multiple mouths."

"And you know? We killed each other," Lily informed.

"Why would you do that?!" Dream asked.

"Why would you try to kill your little brother?" asked a teen boy covering his eye. "My name is Michael. Michael Afton. I accidentally killed my little brother and boy did I regret it."

"I'm Elizabeth Afton," the teen girl said. "and I avenged my little brother by killing Michael and that was the biggest mistake I've made."

"Don't you see Dream?" Lily asked. "Don't kill your brother because you'll regret it. Take care of yourself."

Dream got really mad and told them to leave or they're going to jail. Lily teleported them back to the FNaF fandom and said, "When will you listen Dream?" before teleporting out of the castle.

Dream got back to work and forgot about what happened.
