They were blessed with four children, Michael named after his favourite idol, Haneul meant the open skies, Sarang for she was born for love, and Byeol meant the stars. Two handsome young boys and two little girls, the youngest, Byeol was born with XP, just like her mother. They were fountains of endless chattering, filling life and happiness throughout the Resonance villa in the compound. Though Byeol often stayed at home her siblings never let her out of any play. They were born with flawless golden skin and features that looked like both their parents, mostly like their gorgeous mother.

It was obvious that someday Haechan would no longer be there in person, to make Marks life a better place, he fell terribly sick one afternoon, when the curtain fell off and he was exposed to sunlight, everyday there on was a gift, his skin turned pale, those plump red lips white and parched. Jeno and Jaemin got married, Hendery and Yang Yang did too. At night so their beloved baby bear could attend. The painting of him hung at a certain hallway of the villa, the picture of them kissing hang in their bedroom.

He was gone, when Byeol turned 5 her mother fell more sicker, one day the beauty begged Mark to take him to the beach, one summer afternoon, and so everyone headed to the beach. The sun golden and blistering, it burnt his skin, but he wanted it. He wanted to feel the water and the sand one last time.

"Mommy!!" Four gorgeous children ran towards him, the youngest in a big UV protection dress that made him giggle.

That day his smile was the brightest, it seemed to resonate through the waves, Mark kept kissing him, again and again, knowing it would be the last time he gets to be with his wife. Haechan made it up to 26, not a day more, he passed three days after, with loving hickeys and four beautiful children. It was as if the whole house lost its glory, the joys were gone. For he was gone.

"Promise Mommy you will love having what you have and never leave your room? Or let the sunlight touch your skin?" Haechan kissed Byeol and the baby girl nodded with a pout.

Of course they remembered their mother, a whole fluffy Teddy Bear, bouncing and adorable around their father, he loved pretty things and spoilt them with kisses. He left behind so many happy memories, there was nothing to grieve but the children did miss him immensely, everyone did, Mark missed him more. The teddy bear he had given him when he left still sat on his table. With a letter.

Dearest Markie,

I love you so much.

When ever you Mish Teddy Bear,
Look up at the sun and I'll be looking down at you.

Take care Daddy and Babies.

Love,

Your one and only Teddy Bear 🐻

These little letters he left behind, were constantly read, to make everyone's day better. Marks songs were all inspired by his wife, which reached billboards, and million dollar sellers. Even though Haechan was gone, Mark remembered him like he just kissed him a good morning. I was hard, hard to move on, to come home, to act like they knew this would some day happen. His ashes were dissolved at sea for he died of a disease, every night Mark would visit Haechans favourite part of the beach. Sometimes their children would join him, sometimes everyone came along.

"Daddy? Will Me also go to mommy soon?" Little Byeol asked her father one day.

"No darling. Daddy will protect you from the sun okay?" Mark smiled carrying the six year older cutie pie.

"But I love Mommy." Byeol pouted.

"He loved the sun so much that he left to become the sun. But he wanted little Byeol bear to stay on earth with Daddy and family." Mark kissed the gorgeous baby as he let her on her feet so she'd skedaddle away to her uncle or sister.

Mark stared at the book he authored and which reached to be a billion seller piece or work. The books cover had a painted picture of Haechan in his yellow duckling onesie, his arms hidden between his thicc thighs and his body tilted to a side, with a smile brighter the sun and his hair messy but neat.

"He would be proud of you Mark." Jeno stood beside Mark.

"Yeah. He did say he was proud. I'm glad he got to read it before he died." Mark smiled, his eyes brimming with tears instantly.

"He loved every word, everything. But was shy that you put their love making into explicit words." Jeno chuckled, he was now one of those famous artists, Jaemin a neurologist, Hendery and Yang Yang go into a boy band with the help of Mark. Jisung and Chenle were still schooling, grandma was older now, Ten and Doyoung stayed back at home and the father's worked their asses off to forget the sweetheart who would squealed when he saw them.

"I loved writing that part the most. Hahaha kidding. It was just an add on.   I miss him so much Jeno." Mark tried his best not to cry.

"I do too. We all do I guess. I'm glad he ended up with the boy he loved so he left with a happy heart. You gave him so much to be content with Mark. Thank you." Jeno let his tears spill as they gave each other a tight hug. For there was no one to call Jeno NoJammie anymore or join Yang Yang and Jaemin in wicked plans or sit on Henderys shoulders. His painted pictures hung in many places, he was gone but forgotten, he continued to live in everyone's heart. The luckiest boy that ever died of XP because he had the best of friends, the best family, the best boyfriend, husband and children. Most importantly the most beautiful life ever, with no regrets.
