Writing this book gave me mixed feelings, for the moment I mentioned Xeroderma Pigmentosum, XP it was obvious the protagonist would die, This book was written in remembrance of my wife who died of Xeroderma Pigmentosum, My life will certainly be dated to be the best days of my life. Though at first I hated him, and dated his best friend, I couldn't help but fall in love with Lee Donghyuck, Aka my Fullsun Haechan or Teddy Bear as I grew to call him. Under my author note he wanted to me to include this,
"To Everyone reading this book, XP wasn't fatal for me, I knew someday I'd be gone, so made sure everyone had someone to lean on before I left, but Mark showed me how one could love and cherish every minutes with another despite my sickness. He made me love many things other than the sun.
