It was 9:30, the table was set and me and Micah were really conversing over a nice meal and two strawberry daiquiri cocktails he taught me to make only about an hour ago.
Micah..- this is .. some really good food, I love it
Jolie..- I try
Micah..- how long you been cooking for?
Jolie..- since about uni, I never have to cook at home my mum runs the kitchen, but I learnt a few things

Jolie..- I like cooking, I like the compliments
He smiled whilst chuckling,
Micah..- you're cute man
I noticed when he said that he took a long glance at me before tucking into his food,
Micah..- so .. the other day you told me that you was going on a date, how did it go with my man
I looked away awkwardly because this was not the type of conversation that we had to jump into but I was going to be a big girl and deal with his interrogation head on,
Jolie..- it was a nice date, took me to a cottage and we had lunch,
..
Jolie..- are you .. are you seeing anyone?
Micah..- you know what thinking about it .. I ain't
He chuckled,
Micah..- women are top 2 crazy and they're not 2
Jolie..- you gotta find your crazy and keep her on a leash

Jolie..- what you like in a relationship?
He leaned back and wiped his mouth with his napkin,
Micah..- happy wife, happy life

Micah..- I don't like too much stress
I looked at him and the way he was so laid back and relaxed, like he had no care in the world at all,
Jolie..- that will take you a long way with the ladies trust me, we like men that make it their priority to keep us happy
Micah..- but
..
Micah..- you need to be a woman that is deserving of such,
Jolie..- I cant fault that,
Micah..- so is dating working for you .. because I can't cap if it was, ain't no way you would've let me in
I tilted my head at him and gave him a smile,
Jolie..- you are nosey but if you must know

Jolie..- I don't really know if it's working out with the person I'm seeing
Micah..- It's like that
He folded his arms and I nodded whilst sipping on my daiquiri.
I didn't even mind offloading to him about my dating life because at the end of the day he's just a neighbour I shared a bed and a kiss with, it was nothing serious believe me.
Jolie..- I'm trying to figure out a way to break it to him
Micah..- men don't like rejection I'll be honest but the earlier you do it the better
