It's the day of the ball me and the girls got ready together Hope had to leave because she had to help her family get it ready. Once it reached 7pm, me, Lizzie and Josie left the school and headed to the Mikaelson mansion. We stood outside the house for a few minutes "wow I'm so nervous" Josie said "same here" I relied and i saw i was going to met Hope's whole family and Klaus together "what are you nervous about Bev your gorgeous" Lizzie tried to build my confident up "I'm practically gonna meet Klaus and Hope whole family so yeah I'm really nervous" I said a bit scared
"technically not the whole family, their parents are dead" Josie said and we all started to laugh and we went inside.
Once we got inside we could see Hope smiling at us. Klaus looked surprised. We went downstairs and Klaus met me at the end of it. I grabbed his arm and we went to dance.
as we danced we kept switching partners I turned around and found out i was dancing with my dad he looked pissed at me "why are you dancing with Klaus" he said "well technically I'm dancing with you right now" I laugh he didn't find it funny.
"Come on dad lighten up, his daughter invited me. I came with my friends and i met him yesterday" I said trying to comfort him but it didn't work. All he kept saying was he wants me away from him.
It was time to change partners, I found myself back to Klaus we both smiled and he took me to a different room we was talking and laughing,
"Beverly" he said with his cute British accent "I want to give you this locket promise me you wont take it off no matter what" he said

"I promise I think it's time for me and the girls to go back I had so much fun with you Klaus" I said smiling at him and he was smiling back at me "i had fun with you too let me drop you girls back to the school" I said ok
we all left the house and started walking Lizzie, Hope and Josie walking was behind me and Klaus we started to talk next thing you know i could feel something warm on my hand i looked at my hand and it was Klaus i looked at him and smiled and he smiled back i could feel butterflies in my stomach so as we was walking i leaned my head on his shoulder but he wrapped his arm around me and pulled me close i could hear the girls laughing from behind me but i didn't care.
Am I starting to fall for him? no i can't yes i had a crush on him but it was a tiny crush it didn't mean anything. I can't fall for a man my parents hate, they will hate me even worse they might kill me they have killed people before and what's stopping them from killing me next
