Chapter 1

Your silent footsteps fell as you ran across the hall to your first class. You reach the door and pull the handle. The door opens with a creak and all the eyes in the room fall on to you. Your teacher turns to look at you. Your face goes red as you walk in and rush to your seat. You slide down into your chair next to hawks.
"Your late again; Sleep over your alarm?",  he said with a cockyness to his voice.
You feel him put his hand in your head and ruffle your hair as you shift in your seat. You look across the room and see all the familiar heads but one. A dark spiked haired male sit about two chairs in front of you. You turn to hawks.
"Hey who is the new guy?", you ask taping his shoulder.
"I don't really know he just showed up this morning and no one really said anything." Hawks said as he looked up from his notes.

-After class-

You and hawks part ways and head to your next classes. On your way you run into Momo and Tsuyu and chat on your way to class.
" Hey do you know the new guy?" You ask looking up from your watch.
" He is a transfer student I think" Momo says putting her finger to her chin.
" He is a little scary looking with all his scars" Tsuyu says with a little blush.
"Scars!?" You ask in shock.
"Oh, did you not get a good look at his face. He is covered in them." Momo says looking down to you.
You reach the chemistry room and open the door and walk over to your desk. Your partner wasn't there yet so you set up all your chem stuff and got your books out. The bell rings and the rest of there kids push and shove into the doorway and enter the room and get ready for class. The teachers voice booms over all the loud chatter and talk in the room.
"Good morning class. Today we will be having a new friend join are class." The teacher says picking up the paper with the role call.
Everyone looks around to see if they new guy is there and the teacher then speaks again.
"Touya could you come in please."
The door opens and the dark haired male walks in.
"It's dabi actually" he says in a husky voice.
"My bad dabi, also you can go over there and sit by Y/n." The teacher says pointing over to your table.
Dabi looks up and and you two make eye contact and it sends a shiver down your spine.
Dabi takes long strides over to your table and sits down in the chair next to you. You shift your weight on to the other side of your body as you fidget nervously with your hands and skirt under the table.
Dabi noticed this and said in a clam sounding voice.
"I'm noting going to bite you ya know?" He says with a chuckle in his voice.
A bead of sweat runs down your head as you avoid eye contact with him saying.
"I know I'm just a nervous person in general. Sorry if I'm making your uncomfortable." You say shifting in your seat again.
"Your Y/n correct?" He says reaching a hand out.
"Yes and your dabi" you say shaking his hand still avoiding eye contact. At that moment the teacher announces that today we will start by opening are chem books and taking notes. The sound of maker on board and pencil on notepad filled the room. Your heart pounding in your ears as you look over and see dabi holding his finger out with a little blue flame at the end. It danced like a flower in the wind. You were  mesmerized by it but you snapped back into reality.
"You can't use your quirks in class." You say blowing on the flame.
"Ok so?" Dabi questioned with a smirk.
You shifted in your seat again moving a little closer to him.
"Your going to get into trouble if the teacher catches you." You say rising your voice.
"Ok like I care" dabi says making the flame bigger.
"Stop!" You say loud enough for the people around you to hear.
"Y/n everything ok back there?" The teacher asks turning around to make eye contact.
"Yes, everything is fine. Sorry for interrupting." You say taking a bow.
You sit back down brushing your skirt out from under you. You turn to see dabi snickering from beside you.
" you owe me big time." You say pointing a finger at him.
"Ok sure what ever you say boss." He said and he touches the end of your finger.

After class

You find your way to your next classes before lunch.
You finish your last classes and head off to find hawks. You find him at one of the vending machines in the hall and you both walk off to lunch.
The lunch room was packed. It was loud and people's talking filled the room.
You grab you lunch and sit down at an empty table. You and hawks catch up with each other and how school is so far.

((Bell rings))

"Looks like it's time to go y/n" hawks says standing up.
"Ya I guess so" you say stretching.
You both dump your trays and head off to your last classes.

You walk home while the sun shines down into your body making it feel warm. You walk about a block and get to your front door. You ouch your key in the deadbolt and unlock the door.
