When you had gotten dressed, fixed up your hair and gotten your shoes on. You were nervous because you didn't want the secret to slip out in front of everyone and ruin the whole thing. You sighed and looked in the mirror, after looking at yourself for what seemed like forever you finally step out of the room and head to go to breakfast. Everyone stared at you when you walked in and you instantly felt nervous as hell. You bit your lip looking at Mina and she motioned for you to sit so you all could finally eat. You sat down looking around at the table and everyone was sharing secrets and giggling. You tried to ignore them but it seemed to be more and more impossible as they kept whispering. You could tell Mina was getting irritated and she gave you a sympathetic look and she ate her cube in silence as you did. You finally got tired of everyone giggling and whispering and you stand up slamming your fists on the table.
"What the fuck is so funny?!" You yell at everyone and they all look up at you. You could see the fear instilled in their eyes. They all look at their plates and slowly eat their cubes. "Anyone wanna fucking answer me?!" You yell at them and see the smirk on Mina's face and she folded her arms. Coco then raised her head and looked at you.
"Uhm... well there has been talk from the gaurds that you and Justin were fooling around in the basement.." she said and giggled slightly. You looked at her and glared at the whole table.
"Are you all children?! Of course I haven't been doing anything with anyone! So I suggest you all keep your mouths shut before I permanently do that for you!" All you could feel was anger and rage and you just wanted to scream. You stomped off to your room tears streaming down your face. Rage consumed you and anything you could get your hands on that was in your room you pushed over or threw. You slammed your door screaming and hitting the wall breaking your hand on the cement. You fell to the ground and the door opened. You look up seeing Mallory walking in and sitting next to you. She grabbed your hand and started cleaning it and wrapping it up.
She then left and Mina walked into your room seeing you on the floor crying and your hand wrapped up. She sighed and got on the floor and pulled you into her arms. You wrapped hour arms around her waist and layed your head on her chest listening to her heart beat and crying softly. "I love y- you" you whispered softly as you bury your face in her chest breathing in her scent. She didn't say it back but kissed the top of your head, you knew it was weird for her to have someone who loves and cares for her so, sometimes it was a bit hard for her to say it back to you, but you knew she loved you. You could feel it. You stayed like that for a while and eventually she spoke up.
"I love you too princess.." she whispered softly in your ear as she ran her fingers through your hair and rocked you softly humming. Your eyes felt heavy and they started to close, eventually you fall asleep in her arms.
A few hours later you were laying in your bed once you wake up and she is gone. Tears fall and you sit up. "Mina?" You try to say but your voice came out barely a whisper. You sigh and grab a robe and walk around the outpost and all the greys and the purples are staring at you but you still can't find Mina. Panic sets in and you hear the familiar sound of her cane tapping the floor and she comes from the basement and you smile. You hide the smile on your face she slowly walks up to you and looks you in the eyes
"You should get back to your room Ashley.." she says and winks at you and you listen heading to your room and laying back down. After a few she comes up and gets into pajamas and smiles laying next to you and holding you close. You turn over and look at her.
"What if we are never able to leave here?" You ask and look down and bury your face into her chest and breath in her scent.
"Then we will have to take our chances out side.. the both of us.." she smiled and kissed your head. And stroked your back and you both fall asleep.
You then hear an alarm and realize it is time for lunch and you sit up and rub your tired eyes and smile kissing Mina's cheek and smiles she wakes up and you both get ready heading to the dining room and sitting down. She taps her cane telling everyone to eat and you try to but it has become harder and harder for you to do do with every bite. Then the alarm goes off which means there was a breech in the perimeter. Your eyes widen and Mina gets up to go and take with the gaurds and she goes to her office. You grab your tummy and whine softly feeling more nervous then before. You push your plate away and run to the nearest garbage can and throw up getting a funny feeling.
You sigh and head up to your room and pace around and hear the greys out your door saying that someone has arrived and they are waiting in Venables' office but they don't know who it could possibly be. Your body starts to tremble and you can hear a voice of a man, a familiar voice talking downstairs in the day room. You slowly walk down and you see who it is. Your eyes widen and your hands stop shaking and you smile getting a bit excited.
"It can't be.." you whisper
