Naruto + FGO story 23: Son of Surtr

In the era when Gods walked the earth, a boy was born. But... this boy wasn't a normal one. Why? He was son of the King of Fire Giants Surtr and mortal woman. Boy was named Naruto. Naruto grew up to be different from the rest of people. While humans saw fire as source of light, weapon for war, to Naruto fire was everything. Each night he would dream of a realm filled with fire. Naruto knew it was Muspelheim and ironically he considered it more as home than Midgard. It was also in one of those dreams where he met his father, Surtr. In dreams Naruto would be trained by his father until he grew up and got his own sword from him which was divine in nature.

Naruto grew up into fearsome warrior with no equal. He could use divine flames with no use of magic because of his bloodline. He would live by fighting and die by fighting. He even caught attention of Gods themselves. At first Valkyries fought him, but lost brutally. Then Gods came and fought him to test his strength and proved he was able to stand alongside them. 

And for how his life ended? He let his enemies kill him. Why? It's because he was bored, so immensely bored. Years of being unable to find the one who would become his rival and give him the fight he desired so much made him lost interest in world. 

If he could have only one wish to be fulfilled, then he would wish for an opponent who would be his equal.
