Nico and Bianca

So, I have this whole thing in my head that Nico and Bianca had an older brother and his name was Antonio and for some reason I have two different ways of imagining him

1) He's like Rachael's older sister and he died the same way (Pet Sematary)

2) He died in the fire with Maria after going in after her

If anyone needs background on number 1, Pet Sematary is a scary movie and Rachael's older sister had a twisted spine and she ended up falling down a mini elevator or food (I'll write a whole other chapter about it)
