I got this idea from The Ballad of Sara Berry. I have always hated the song Silent Night, for it gave me horror vibes... Anyways, Enjoy!

ALSO- MAJOR GORE WARNING, I WRITE SICK SHIT AND BEFORE YOU ASK, NO I AM NOT MENTALLY WELL.

"Silent Night."

Music from the record player was playing at a reasonable volume downstairs. But She didnt hear. If She did, She just chose not to care.

"Holy Night."

The lights in the hallway and bedrooms were off, if it werent for the blood staining the white carpet, you would assume everyone was asleep.

"All is calm, all is bright."

She slowly walked out of Her parents' bedroom, bloody baseball bat over Her shoulders. She let her arms hang off each end, giving Her a calm and confident vibe, though it was obvious She was not at all sane.

"Round yon virgin, mother and child."

She didnt dare look back through the doorway, Her father was still under the covers, even though he struggled at first. Her mother, however, had woken up after She was halfway through bashing his head in. After She was satisfied, She turned to Her crying and screaming mother. You can see her bloodied hand stretched out from when she fell. Be glad the wall is hiding the rest of her.

"Holy infant so, tender and mild."

A quick glance to the left, and you could barely see into the room She was slowly walking past. To spare Her brother from seeing what She was going to do to their parents, She went after him first. He was quick, it made Her happy his little six-year-old skull was easy to bust.

"Sleep in heavenly peace."

She made it to Her room. She only stopped to pick up the bag She already packed. Her wallet, containing Her money, and Her Learners Permit, was also in the bag. Sixteen and murdering your family? I thought I wouldve done it sooner. She thought, chuckling so lightly it was just a whisper.

"Sleep in heavenly peace."

She went downstairs, and raided the kitchen for food, water, and Her parents wallets for as much cash as She could find. She went through Her fathers buisness drawers in his office, and found over 200,000 dollars in rent money from a friend of his. She smiled. Perfect

"Silent night, holy night."

She passed the living room on Her way out. She stopped, seeing the beautiful Christmas Tree Her and Her family had put up only three days ago. The presents underneath it made the whole room come together. It made it feel like a home. She scowled.

"Sheppards quake, at the sight."

She opened the back door and went around to the front of the house. She hopped into Her fathers truck, cause it contained the most gas, and slowly left the driveway, lights off as to not disturb the neighbours.

"Glories stream from heaven afar."

After She left Her neighbourhood, She turned on the lights and the radio. The damed song that was playing in the house was on, but it kept Her pumped up on adrenaline. She let it play.

"Heavenly host's, sing 'Alleuia'."

She made a few turns and drove for maybe four hours? She wasnt completely sure, She just knew the Sun was coming up and She needed to hurry. She pulled over at an abandoned gas station and changed clothes, as well as wiped off the blood from Her hands, arms, and face with some wipes in the glovebox.

"Christ, out saviour, is born."

She gets out Her two bags, packed with everything She needed, and left the truck, but not before setting the thing on fire with the lighter Her father always kept in there.

"Christ, our saviour, is born."

She heads towards the peir, there will soon be a ship, talking people across the ocean, once the Sun comes up. She had planned that She would wait there, and get away from Her town as quick as possible. It would be a while before someone would find their bodies, She knew for a fact, but She still was the first person on the ship, ready to leave Her old life and run into the unknown horizon of insanity She created for Herself.

Merry Christmas.
