Walking towards the living room I heard the news "Amelia Rose has been missing for two months now with no trace of where she went this is a statement from her par-" Jaden quickly shut off the news once he saw me standing in the corner
He walked up to me "I'm sorry baby" he says hugging me
"It's fine" I reply hugging him back
"If it makes you feel better they think that you just ran away because they couldn't find your cat" he says with a soft smile
I give a soft chuckle "yeah everyone knows I would never leave my cat"
"Why is that, why do you love your cat so much" he asks
I sit down on the couch "my mother gave me her the day before she killed herself" I said softly "my father then got remarried only a year later as if he didn't care for her death at all, I always thought that reason why my mother killed herself was because he was having an affair and she's so young like college young, I hate him" I say as my voice cracks and a tear rolls down my cheek
Jaden sits next to me wiping my tears away "what was your mothers name" he asks
"Lilly" I respond as he holds me "tell me about her" he says as he gives me a kiss on my forehead
I smile a little "well she loves to paint, she had a whole room just of painting she had a beautiful voice, she always hummed, while she painted, cooked, held me, as I fell asleep just all the time, I miss her so much" I say as a tear rolled down my cheek
Jaden stares at me with soft eyes "she's in a better place now, watching over you" he says playing with my hair
I shake my head "it's all my fathers fault you know, if he didn't wanna be such a slut she'd still be alive" I say shaking my head "I never want to go back, I just want to stay here with you, forever" I say with soft eyes
He plays with my hair "and you will" he says
