Tommy knocked on Tubbo's door. Shortly after, Tubbo opened it. Tommy and Tubbo hugged eachother.
"Hey, Tommy!" Tubbo smiled.
"I hope you know that you still owe me for bringing you home." Tommy crossed his arms.
"Yeah... well, I was about to bake biscuits. Maybe if you help me I'll give you one when we're finished!" Tubbo gestered towards his kitchen.
Tommy sighed, walking in. Tubbo's bee started buzzing around his head. Tommy was about to swat at it, when Tubbo held his hand underneath the bee. He landed in Tubbo's palm. Tubbo walked over to his kitchen. It took a few seconds for Tommy to comprehend the fact that Tubbo seemed to have "tamed" the bee. Tommy hurried after Tubbo.
"Does the bee have a name?" Tommy asked
"Yes! His name is Tom E. Bee!" Tubbo nodded.
"Tom E. ... Bee?" Tommy stared at the bee.
"Well, his name is just Tom. But, I named him after the best bestfriend I've ever had."
"Well, I'm honoured to have a... bee named after me."
Tubbo flicked his wrist up, throwing Tom into the air, and Tom stayed in the air flapping his wings. Tubbo pushed the ingredients he gathered towards him and Tommy. Tubbo only then realized he forgot everything but the ingredients and a measuring cup. He sighed.
"Can you fetch me two mixing bowls, a spoon, and the measuring spoons?" Tubbo asked as he started measuring the flour.
"Yeah, sure."
Tommy looked around Tubbo's kitchen till he found everything. Tommy started mixing the sugar and butter together. Tubbo poured the flour into his bowl along with the salt, baking soda and baking powder. Tommy added in the eggs and the vanilla, mixed and poured his mixture into Tubbo's bowl. The entire time, they were chatting and laughing at the things they were saying.
"How much chocolate chips should we add?" Tubbo asked himself as he reached for the bag of chocolate chips.
"Who cares about 'how much'?" Tommy asked as he grabbed the bag before Tubbo.
Tommy poured almost the entire bag into the batter. In fact, it appeared to be more chocolate chip than actual biscuit batter.
"Tommy. I don't have the recipe in front of me right now, but I can tell you that that is way too much chocolate chips." Tubbo stared at the bowl.
"Nonsense! Tom agrees with me. Right Tom?" Tommy looked at the bee.
Tom flew down near Tubbo. Tubbo picked up the bowl, scooped some batter out, and let Tom eat a bit of the batter off the spoon.
"Tubbo! We can't use that spoon now, and I don't think bees can have raw dough!" Tommy yelled.
"Oops?" Tubbo smiled uneasily as Tom finished the batter on the spoon.
Tommy sighed and went to grab another spoon. He mixed the batter a bit more. It was a bit difficult because of all the chocolate chips, but he managed. Tubbo quickly grabbed a baking pan and put the dough on it. Then, he realized he hadn't preheated the oven.
"Oh great. I forgot to preheat the oven. Meaning we had just spent a while making the dough, but we can't bake it. Not like it'll bake anyway! There's way too many chocolate chips!" Tubbo said while staring at his oven, a little upset.
Tubbo turned it on and sat down at his kitchen island, pushing Tom away if he came to close to the biscuit dough. Tommy sat down next to Tubbo. He watched as Tom flew down to the dough, nearly touching it, and Tubbo carefully pushed him away. The bee decided to give up and settled himself ontop of Tubbo's head. Tommy stood up and started clearing off the island as Tubbo played with Tom. After the oven was preheated, Tubbo slid the bicuits into the oven and set the timer.
"Wanna play Minecraft while we wait?" Tubbo asked.
Tommy nodded and they headed upstairs. Tom flew close behind Tubbo. When the three made it to Tubbo's room, Tom landed in his special aquarium filled with leaves and flowers, with a small bowl filled with honey and homemade necter in one corner. Tommy sat down at Tubbo's desk and played on his Minecraft, complaining about the sensitivity.
"Toby! Your biscuits are done!" Tubbo's mom called.
"Coming, Mum!" Tubbo called back.
Tommy and Tubbo hurried down the stairs. Tommy, Tubbo, Tubbo's two sisters and his parents all ate the biscuits.
"Where's Tom?" Lani asked.
"He's in my room. But, don't bother him please."
She nodded and ran up to her room. Tubbo's parents and his other sister walked off.
"Did I manage to repay you for bringing me home, like, three weeks ago?" Tubbo asked smiling.
"I guess," Tommy shrugged, "But you do know how long male bees live right?"
Tubbo paused. Judging by the tone of his voice, they didn't live long lives. But, he shook it off.
"No. And I don't want to know." Tubbo crossed his arms.
Tommy sighed. He heard buzzing, and turned around to see Tom floating a bit above him. Tubbo's little sister ran downstairs.
"Did you let Tom out?" Tubbo stopped her.
"He looked like he really wanted to see you. Tom is quite the clingy bee. Just like the person he's named after." She answered.
"I'm not clingy! Tubbo is!" Tommy yelled.
