The war is over and L'Manburg is independent from the rest of the world. Wilbur still holds a grudge against Dream, the enemy leader.
But what happens when he finds his greatest enemy injured, barely fighting off monsters coming after him? What had...
The group had been wandering around the forest for some time already, with no sight of the beast they were hunting down. They never let their guard down ever since they went into the forest. They were determined to kill the creature that scorched their land with it's presence and void.
Punz heard something move in the bushes and quickly turned around with his shield up, rightfully so, as massive claws scratched his shield, throwing him on the ground form the sheer strenght the creature had. The rest hearing the commotion turned around with their weapons up and started the attack. They surrounded the beast. Now it had nowhere to run.
Tommy and Tubbo climbed two of the tallest trees nearby and waited for a signal from Wilbur, observing the fight below. Thunder, Eret and George were making sure the beast didn't run away, constantly shooting arrows at it whenever it tried to turn away and run. Nikki, Fundy and Purpled were focusing on it's legs so it had problems with moving around. Wilbur and Sapnap were waiting for the right moment to strike and slash it's head.
Wilbur observed the beast that tried to attack the team. The president tightened his grip around the handle of Dream's sword, remembering the person... no... a friend who had fallen victim to the beast. He looked at where Tommy and Tubbo were hidden among the leaves of the trees, signaling that it was their time to strike.
Tommy and Tubbo jumped down from the trees, right onto the beast, Tommy loaded Dream' corssbow and shot the beast' eye, while Tubbo sliced the sword through it's spine. The beast roared in pain as it tried to get the two boys off of itself.
Wilbur and Sapnap found it as an opportunity to strike. They ran at the beast, their swords ready. But before they could reach it it slapped them with it's tail, at the same time succesfully throwing Tommy and Tubbo off of it's back. It used it's huge pitch black talons to slap Fundy, Purpled and Nikki away, succesfully knocking them out. It spit it's acid at Eret, Thunder and George, luckily they dodged it, but their weapons and dogs weren't as lucky.
The beast then took this as an opportunity to get rid of Sapnap and Wilbur. It tried to grab Sapnap with it's teeth but he luckily blocked with his sword, it didn't matter, the beast threw him and the sword away at a tree, like trash.
The beast pinned Wilbur down with it's talon and readied itself to spit the acid at him. A triden flew from the trees right into beast's neck, the force of the impact threw the beast off of Wilbur. The triden then returned to it's owner that just stepped out of the bushes, it was Sam.
Wilbur quickly got up and launched himself at the beast while it was distracted by Sam, who stood there, menacingly, glaring at the beast. Wilbur got under the beast's stomach and slid his sword right through it's skin, piercing it's heart that radiated a bright blue light.
The beast stood on it's back legs, taking a few steps back, roaring in pain, still with the sword in it's chest, preparing to spit acid at Wilbur, but before the acid could even leave it's mouth it collapsed onto the ground, barely missing Wilbur.
Wilbur looked at the beast's lifeless body and pulled the sword out of it's now withering body. This was their victory. Wilbur smiled and turned to the rest. Some already regained conciousness, they weren't even hurt that much. But what mattered the most was that they had won. Wilbur raised the sword to the sky, as it shone brightly under the moonlight. The enchantements on it giving a faint purple glow as Wilbur looked at the night sky in victory.
