waking him with kisses

Your heart skipped a beat when you woke up to the feeling of Jin's arms wrapped around you. His warm breath fanned against your skin, his lips nearly brushing along your neck as he slept soundly.

You felt so warm and so cozy that you didn't even want to move. You wanted to lay there forever; you knew you'd cherish every second of it.

Your eyes closed again but opened them once again when you remembered that this was his first day off in weeks, and probably the only one you'd get to spend with him for a bit.

You looked over at the clock. You didn't want to wake him too early, knowing that he could use every second of the sleep he gets. But when you noticed it was nearing eleven am, you decided to wake him up.

You pulled out of his arms so you could face him. He stirred a little, but didn't awake. Instead, he simply laid on his back and let his head fall to the pillow before drifting away once more.

You moved closer to him and kissed his cheek lovingly. Your lips lingered on his soft skin and though he was still fast asleep, you didn't miss the smile that tugged at his lips.

Seeing him smile only made you want to kiss him more. Trailing your lips from his cheek, you let them brush against his nose. You trailed them to his other cheek and up to his smooth forehead and he hummed at that.

You started to trail your lips to his, stopping to give a little extra love to his cheeks again and his chin, too.

Before you could kiss his lips though, he was putting his arms around you. His grip was strong and when you looked back at his face, though his eyes were still closed you could see he was smiling.

You laughed when he gave you a gentle squeeze and laid your head on his chest.

"Morning," you spoke softly against the skin of his neck, laying a kiss to the spot afterward, making a small chuckle fall from his lips.

"Good morning." He whispered before running his fingers along your spine and through your hair. "I like being woken up like this. Better than my annoying alarm."

You laughed and lifted your head up. You saw him already staring down at you with those big, beautiful brown eyes of his. You kissed his lips lovingly and he sighed softly against them, wanting to kiss you more and more with every brush of your lips against his.

You pushed at his shoulders and pulled away from his lips with a smile.

"It's your day off. What do you wanna do?"

"Sleep." He replied, grabbing at the blanket playfully, a laugh falling from his lips when you shook your head and took his hands into yours.

He stared at you adoringly before kissing your cheek softly then said, "whatever you want, y/n. I just wanna spend it with you."

You put your head on his chest and listened to the beat of his heart while thinking of how you wanted to spend the beautiful day ahead with him.
