Tristin traced hearts on my hand as we sat on the bus to the science center. I loved school trips. I liked them even more sitting next to Tristin. He whispered in my ear making me giggle turning the attention on us completely. I blushed when I saw all of the eyes on us. How was he so casual about everything? I looked out the window trying to forget about the rest of our classmates.

"Whats the matter?" Tristin whispered in my ear.

"Everyone is looking at us," I answered quietly still looking out the window.

"So?" He said kissing my neck sending a heat to my cheeks once more.

"Stop," I breathed huskily.

"Why?" He asked kissing my neck again.

"We are at school," I pointed out.

"No we aren't," he argued.

"Ok well technically we arn't but it is school related," I answered getting flustered.

"Fine," he hissed looking away from me. Was he actually mad at me?

We walked around the science center silently. Tristin was giving be the cold shoulder. Why was he so mad? Its not like we can mack on each other in class why was this any different? Apparently I was a lot newer to this dating stuff than I thought.

"Tristin," I said softly stopping in the middle of the room.

"What?" He asked in a dry tone not looking at me still.

"I'm sorry," I whispered. He let out a breath before running his hand through his hair.

"I'm not mad at you Layne," he said softly.

"You stopped talking to me," I said confused.

"I was being a jerk. I didn't know what to say. You were right a real man should never make his girl uncomfortable like that. I should be the one apologizing." He said blushing for the second time now.
