Chapter 32 *Songwriting with Maya*

Ana Bell Pov

I sat in my room sitting on my bed alone trying to make a song. Ed forced me to write a song. I was going to go to the Lynches but, he literally picked me set me in my bed. I can't think of anything. My mind went blank. Like when you taking a test that you study day and night and, then the day of the test you forget everything. Then I looked at my phone and I remembered Maya she said she writes. I quickly grabbed my phone dialing her number.

A couple rings passed till she answered "Hello Ana?"

"Yeah its me I was wondering if you could come over and um maybe help me write songs?" I said

"I don't know I mean I just met you yesterday it's not that I don't trust because I do" she told me "But I just don't like sharing my lyrics with people"

"Well me neither but if you help me your songs could be on my and Rodrick future album" I tryed to convince her.

"True, I'll do it" she agreed "On one condition"

"What?" I felt kind of desperate.

"You let me meet the rest of R5?" She said.

"Of course  you can you can even meet Ed Sheeran who probably taking a nap across my room in our house"

"Really!?" As if I could see that smile of hers.

"Yup now get over here we got work to do. I'll text you my address" I said.

"Okay bye" she hanged up.

As soon as she did I texted her my address.

Fifth teen minutes passed when I heard Maya knocking downstairs. Followed by someone unlocking the front door then a loud squeal. I hurried downstairs were Maya was fangirled over Rodrick. He was already signing the notebook.

"Ana did you invite this fan over?" Rodrick handed it back to her.

"She is a fan but my friend also" I welcomed Maya inside "And she gonna help me write me right some songs" we walked to the kitchen "Let's get some snacks"

Inside the kitchen was Ed was making a sandwich.

"It's Ed Sheeran" Maya jumped in joy.

"Um hi" Ed was about to take a bite of his food.

"Ed this is Maya she gonna help me write me write some lyrics" I grabbed Oreos from the covers.

"Can you sign my notebook?" She handed him the same notebook Rydel, Rodrick and I signed.

"Sure thing love" he signed it "Nice shirt by the way" he pointed to her Ed Sheeran shirt that I bet she wore with black jeans that I bet she wore on purpose.

"Let's go to my room" we went upstairs with two water bottles,  two energy drinks, and a pack of chocolate Oreos.

We got to my room I set the snacks on my mini table. Maya sat on the bean bag next to my bed.

"So I'll show you my songbook if you show me yours" she spoke up.

"Deal" I signed as we exchange books at the same time.

She was good " So pour me a drink oh love let's split the night wide open and we'll see everything we can live in love slow motion motion motion" I like this I said the words out loud.

"And I like this kiss me where I lay down my hands press to your cheek a long way from the playground " she read out loud.

"Then let's get this thing stared" I sat on the floor next to her with my guitar.

Two packages of Oreos , three energy drinks, water that we didn't drink. And my finger with a big paper cut with a Hello Kitty Band-aid.

"Done" we sighed loudly proud of our work.

"Should we show Ed and Rodrick?" I asked her.

"Ah yeah" we stood up from the floor that was filled with crumpled paper balls.

Going to the living room were Ed fell asleep sitting down on the couch with Rodrick that slept with his head on Eds shoulder.

"Aww" I smiled pulling my phone out to take a pic "Come on let's take of pic with these dorks?" I whispered to Maya.

We took one it was kind of like a group selfie. I post it on twitter and captioned 'Aww @edsheeran @realRodrickBell Aren't these two cute I hope @RydelLynch doesn't get mad #EdandRodrick4ever'

"Ready to wake them up?" I asked Maya she nodded. I motioned her to covers her ears. I strummed my guitar loudly causing them to wake up.

"What?" Ed thick sleepy accent asked.

"We wrote a song" Maya and I cheered.

"Okay show us" Rodrick rubbed his eyes.

"I got a heart and I got a soul believe me I will use them both we made a start be it false one I know baby I don't want to feel alone" I sang and played guitar.

When they finished they clapped.

"Were clapping because it's done" Rodrick joked.

"Hey!" I yelled.

"Just kidding sis it's actually good" he smiled.

"I agree it's not bad" Ed nodded his head in agreement "Just needs a little here and there in the studio and it can go on the Ep" he stood up and left to bed since it was like eleven.

"Good job I'm going to bed as well" Rodrick yawned going to bed.

"Yeah I should get going as well" Maya said.

"Okay see you tomorrow" I locked the door when she left.

I went up to my room picked up the paper balls all over. Brushed my teeth and fell asleep in seconds.
