Chapter 5

Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls! To another chapter of Kalos High.
Disclaimer: I have to change some events from the anime. Such as Sir Aaron and his Lucario. In this story, Sir Aaron didn't die by using his Aura. He lived after ending the war. Arceus was enraged because all the kingdoms not only risked Sir Aaron's life but these people also killed many Aura Guardians in past. He decided to punish them but was stopped when Sir Aaron requested him to do. All the kingdoms but Kalos, who never did such sins, found themselves guilty and merged themselves with Rota. This was the main idea behind Pokenations. Rota is still a powerful kingdom and is supporting Pokenations. Lucario was trapped inside the staff since the war. Sir Aaron tried to release him but was not successful Arceus told him that the next chosen one will release Lucario from the staff.

A Week Later

"Are you two ready?" Zay asked annoyed. He has been watching the T.V for the last hour but both Serena and Grace weren't ready. "Almost" They replied. "It is a normal dinner. Not like we are going somewhere expensive," Zay spoke. He was wearing a white shirt and black jeans with a leather belt on it. He still can't understand why women need this much time to get ready for even a small occasion. After watching a movie for the next half an hour, both Serena and Grace came out. "Thanks, Arceus! At least you two are out," Zay remarked. Serena and Grace went out first while Zay came out at last as he needs to lock the front door. They took their Pokeballs with them in case they need them on the way. They walked down the street to reach a big house. They walked into a large front yard. They walked past a Garage to reach a large front door. Serena rang the doorbell hoping somebody to respond. The front door opened to show Leaf. Leaf quickly hugged Serena, who returned. Leaf greeted both Grace and Zay. She welcomed them in. Once they entered, Grace looked to see nobody in the living room. "Leaf, Where are the others?" Grace asked. "They are in the backyard," Leaf signaled them to follow her. Once outside, they saw both Ash and Riley giving their Pokemon their respective foods. A Dragonite came to Ash and embraced him in a hug causing others to Sweatdrop while both Leaf and Riley were trying their best to control their laughter. "Dragonite ... Can't ... breath," Ash exclaimed. Dragonite released Ash who gasped for air. "Gardevoir, Can you help me with distributing food with others?" Ash yelled. In a blink of a second, A Gardevoir teleported in front of him helping Ash to distribute Food. The Yvonne family saw many Pokemon in the large backyard. There were pokemon from many regions altogether in one place. "You Guys can release your pokemon too. We have more pokemon food for them," Leaf informed. Serena released her Delphox, Altaria, Sylveon, Glaceon, Espeon, Aurorus, and Pancham while Zay released his Blastoise, Luxray, Gallade, Alolan Marowak, Cinderace, and Rhyhorn. Ash noticed them and asked Gardevoir if she could do the work on her own or not, to which Gardevoir replied as yes. Riley brought new Pokemon food and gave them to Gardevoir to distribute. Ash along with Pikachu ran towards the others. Once they reached, Serena gave Ash a quick peck on his lips. "Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Yvonne. Nice to meet you," Ash greeted. "Call me Zay, Ash. And it's nice to meet you." Zay returned the greeting. 

They went inside the dining hall where Leaf had already set the table. Ash and Riley went inside the kitchen to bring food. Everyone sat at the table with Ash and Serena sitting next to each other while Zay and Grace sat opposite them. Riley and Leaf sat facing each other. Ash served the food as they begin to eat. "Ash, Leaf, Where are your Parents? I haven't seen your parents since the time you three came here," Grace asked. "Mom and Dad are in Kanto. Mom is working on some research in Prof. Oak's lab while Dad is working on the case of an evil organization," Leaf replied. "Even Zay knows Dad," Ash added. "I know him," Zay spoke. Ash nodded. "So, How do you guys have these many Pokemon?" Serena asked. "We traveled a lot in the past 7 years. We befriended many pokemon and some of them decided to come along with us," Ash replied. He then turned to Pikachu who was pouring Ketchup on his Pancakes. Ash quickly snatched his bottle of Ketchup. "It's too much for you buddy," Ash spoke. "GIVE BACK MY KETCHUP OR ELE FACE THE CONSEQUENCES" Pikachu yelled with his cheeks sparking. Ash was horrified and gave back Ketchup. "Good Boy," Pikachu remarked before continuing with his work of pouring Ketchup on Pancakes. "How do you eat that thing?" Ash spoke under his breath. "I told you not to do that with Pikachu," Riley commented. "So, Who was your starter?" Zay interrogated. "My starter was Bulbasaur who is now a Venasaur," Leaf informed. "I started my journey with Riolu," Riley spoke. "My partner is my starter," Ash said as he looked at Pikachu. Leaf and Riley chuckled as Ash spoke that. "What's so funny?" Grace asked. "Nothing it's just how Ash and Pikachu started their Journey," Leaf remarked. "How?" Serena asked curiously. "You see on the first day on my journey. I woke up late. I quickly rushed to Prof. Oak's lab to get my starter. When I reached there I saw that all the starters were already picked up. Gary took Squirtle, Leaf took Bulbasaur and some other trainer got Charmander. I was disappointed but Prof. Oak had a Pikachu who never trusted Humans. I told him that will choose Pikachu. At our first meeting, Pikachu shocked me. Prof. Oak also told me that if I want I can take another pokemon but I choose to take Pikachu as my starter. On that day, I came to know that Pikachu hated Pokeballs so, I never returned Pikachu in his Pokeball. Then I and Leaf started our journey together. I was dragging Pikachu all the way. I tried to catch a Spearow but failed. Then we were attacked by the folk of Spearow. We ran as fast as we can to Viridian City. On the way, it started to rain. I decided that I will face Spearow giving both Pikachu and Leaf a chance to run but Pikachu jumped on my shoulders and Shocked the whole flok with his thundershock. But was injured due to this. After the rain stopped we looked at the sky at that time we also promised that we will be best friends forever." Ash stopped as he looked to Pikachu who was smiling at him. Ash smiled as he brought out a feather from his pocket and showed it to others. Grace and Serena awed at the sight while Zay jaw-dropped. "I-It's T-The" Zay stuttered. "Yup! It's the Rainbow wing," Ash confirmed. Suddenly a black shadow like thing came out of Ash's shadow as Ash looked at it and smiled. Ash brought out a poke puff and gave it to it, who ate it happily. "Do you like it, Marshadow?" Ash asked. Ash then brought out a smoothie and gave it to Marshadow. Marshadow gave a thumbs up.
