Oh my god, this got a lot of reads. Hello, why do you like it here?
Anyway uh, welcome and try not to get too attached also sorry for the long wait. More of a filler chapter but I thought it was fun.

It's too bright to be alive.
I stayed silent as my eyes fluttered open.
I didn't bother flinching or panicking when I was surrounded by unfamiliar surroundings. Last night flooded back to my mind and I felt my body grow seemingly heavier.
Move.
Why?
Do something nice for him, as thanks.
Like what?
Cook. Clean.
What's the point?
Being kind you asshat.
My legs swiveled around to the edge of the bed until they were hanging off. I distantly heard the man's even breathing. A man who's clothes, I remembered, I was wearing.
Go.
I hopped quietly off the bed and gazed around the room. The doona was green with some white stripes scattered along its length. The actual room was quite large and had an entire wall covered with drawings. All in different styles and sizes and skill levels.
I walked up to one of them and stared at it. A lime green background painted onto the canvas, all except a white figure in the middle. The figure had no arms or legs, simply a stump with a circle on the top. It was completely white except for a black smile and two black dots painted onto the face. In the corner of the canvas, there was a signature next to the word 'Dream' written in pretty cursive.
What the fuck does that even mean?
I shook my head, deciding to ask him about it later, and left the bedroom. A small buzz filled my head and I started humming along to the tune of some song I hadn't yet recognized. I moved towards the kitchen and blinked at the silverware and odd assortment of decorations and items. Spices lay strewn across the counter and some spreads, a loaf of bread, and knives lay on the counter next to a dirty cutting board.
I quickly turned to the fridge and opened it to find a worse mess that I thoroughly avoided, I eyed the eggs and my eyes flickered around to find some ingredients before closing the fridge again. I shifted towards the pantry and opened that as well, again finding a mess and the ingredients I was looking for. After checking everything I'd need was here I turned again.
Time to clean.
I half-remembered putting my phone on the bedside before collapsing. After a quick shuffle into the bedroom and back out I had grabbed my phone and some random earbuds I'd luckily seen tangled on the wardrobe. I had snatched them and they were detangled by the time I was back in the kitchen.
I plugged them in and swiped through my phone until I found Spotify, pressing on my playlist I smiled as the very song that had gotten stuck in my head started playing.
(side note: I'm going to be using my playlist but feel free to imagine your own songs and feel free to search up the songs I use (double side note: I love music so you will too >:3))
Remedy started playing through the earbuds and I softly sang along as I started filling the sink with hot water.
~time skip~
After around a dozen songs I had gotten a little carried away and ended up cleaning the kitchen, living room, and dining room in one go. I had started making pancakes after finishing and they were now almost done.
