They eventually found the creature with some upgrades. 

M.Sonic: Okay, whatever you are. If you want to avoid an embarrassing beat down, you better give up now!

M.Keila: Don't get too cocky sweetie.

Eggman: You're not in a position to demand anything, you nasty little pincushion!

M.Tails: Eggman!

M.Keila: How is pincushion an insult?

M:Tails: But, how?

Robotnik (C.Eggman): He had a little help.

C.Tails: Dr. Robotnik!

C.Eggman: Nobody calls me that anymore. If you would be so kind as to explain, gentlemen genius Dr. Eggman From The Future.

M.Eggman: It will be my pleasure, most excellent and efficacious Dr. Eggman Of The Past. *flashback mode* After my most recent setback, I stumbled upon the primordial form of this unique creation. Which I discovered had amazing abilities even I have never been able to master. It could erase time and space! I then had the brilliant idea to use my discovery to undo my previous defeats! In order to prefect it. I needed the help of somebody as smart as I am. The only person that smart... is me!

C.Eggman: Oh, you are too kind, my dear future self! And I was happy to help!

M.Eggman: I captured your friends, flinging them through to time to bait my traps while keeping your girlfriend with me so I could use her powers for extra energy and I got even more when I got her younger self!

M.Tails: But the more your monster tears through time, the more damage you do to the world!
M.Eggman: The world? I'm going to own the world when I'm finished with Sonic! HOO HOO HOO HOO HOO HOO HOO HOO HOO HOO!!!

While he is doing that everyone just looks at him like he is absolutely a maniac.

C.Eggman: Wow, Will I really get that crazy?

Both Keilas nod immediately.

M.Eggman: Heheh! We'll see who's crazy after I destroy both Sonics... forever!

C.Eggman: You mean after we destroy them.

M.Eggman: Less arguing. More destroying.

M.Sonic: Destroy me? You and what mustache? I beat you all the time by myself, and now there's two of me!

M.Keila: What did I say about getting too cocky Sonic?

M.Eggman: Then I'll have twice as much fun defeating you!

Both Sonics ran off while the Tails' and Keilas watch. They just avoid the shots that are thrown at them.

M.Sonic: Keep moving!   

They continued moving and avoiding the shots.

M.Eggman: Move all you want! I'm still going to stomp you into a blue jelly.

The creature went through a portal while the Sonics were running around to them eventually curling up into balls while in the air but were hit immediately and planted onto the ground. As they were getting up the creature was right behind them and  slammed it's hand onto them, knocking them down and out. 

M.Eggman: That was just to soften you up. Now it's time to meet your doom.

All of a sudden there was a voice calling out.

Amy: You can do it Sonic!

Knuckles: Come on, Sonic. Smack him!

M.Eggman: Ugh, not you!

Shadow: You've got this, Sonic! (where the hell were you!)

Rouge: You can win, Sonic!

C.Eggman: Who are they?

M.Eggman: They are insignificant!

Vector: You got the power, Sonic!

Espio: Focus your spirit!

Charmy: We're with you guys!

Cream: I believe in you, Sonic!

Blaze: Don't give in, Sonic!

Sliver; I know you can do this, Sonic! (And where were you, my cinnamon roll!)

C.Tails: You can win, Sonic!

M.Tails: You always do!

C.Keila: You can do this, you got this!

M.Keila: Sonic, you can do this, everyone believes you can do it, I believe you can, I know you can...

The Chaos Emeralds then appeared around them. M.Sonic finger twitched before turning into a fist and C.Sonic waking up confused seeing the emeralds around them.

M.Sonic: Time to scramble some Eggmen, SUPER SONIC STYLE!
