She was born from an affair from a nobleman and a peasant. Her mother, the peasant, couldn't take care of her so her father, the nobleman, took her in as one of the followers of the rulers of their kingdom. She was accepted and immediately began training to see where she would be placed later in life. The current oracle of their land took a liking to the young Tali and took her under their wing. She is now training to be the new head oracle.
