Prolog

Your P.O.V(This is the only chapter with your point of view)

Its a Monday Morning in New York City, somewhere around 6:00am. I had just moved there from (Where you live), which is a few hours from here if you took a plane. The reason why I moved here was because both of my parents had gotten jobs which had earned more money here and we got kicked out of our house because we didn't pay all the bills.So NYwas the only place we could find a decent home even though they hated N.Y. The only thing that I miss is all of my friends, and my old house. I got up from my bed and got dressed. I put on a purple T-shirt that blue jean shorts. I put my longish (H/C) hair back in a pony tail. I then put on mismatched socks and my favorite Converse All Star shoes. I headed out the door. It was really bright outside. My eyes adjusted to the sunlight and I ran to the high school hoping that I'll make it on time, which I did. I went to my locker and put all of my things in it, then went to my homeroom. When the bell rang for first period class, I went to my first period math class and my day went on until lunch, where I met a girl the same age as me(15) with orange-red hair with a yellow shirt that had the number 5 on it and blue jean shorts with black leggings underneath. She said that her name was April. She seemed really nice. I also met a boy with her who was about a year older than her. He had dark hair with crocked teeth wearing black clothing and he looked liked he played a lot of hockey because he had hockey gear on. He introduced himself as "Casey Jones, famous hockey player." I rolled my eyes and introduced myself then we all had lunch together.
