Chapter 1

Maya's POV
I just got fired from my job at the cafe. Ugh. I call up Lucas and tell him to meet me at the arcade.

Lucas's POV
I get a call from Maya telling me to meet her at the arcade.
"Come on dude, lets go" I said
"Where are we going" Farkle asked
"Arcade to see Maya" I said putting my sweatshirt on
"Cool" He said and got his jacket on

Maya's POV
I see Lucas and Farkle walk into the arcade.
"Hey" I say still upset I got fired
"What's wrong, u seem upset" lucas asked me
I love how well he knows me.
"Got fired. Stupid boss. Come I'm pissed, Lets play some games" I said grabbing their arms.
We played some game the went to grab something to eat.
"So how are u and riley?" I asked farkle
"We r good. I think I...love her" Farkle said quietly.
Lucas and I exchange looks then look back at Farkle.
"Well..... I was talking to riles and u know she REALLY likes u." I said nudging him.
"Yeah Man U to r made for each other" Lucas added
"Thanks guys I jut don't know-" Farkle stopped talking and looked down at his phone "Sorry guys I hav to go, the girlfriend's calling" he said
"Hey no probz man" lucas said laughing a little
"Yea tell riles I say hey" I said
"Will do. Buy guys!" Farkle said. then ran out of the resturant
"Why'd ur boss fire u?" Lucas asked taking a sip of his drink.
"He asked me out and I said no." I said.
"Wow. That guy Kevin asked u out?" He asked looking a little upset
"Yeah but since I said NO he fired me. Ugh. Boys r stupid." I said " no offense" I added looking over to lucas
"None taken. I know u LOVE me." he said

"Hey wow wow wow relax princess I'm just messing with ya" he said with a smirk.
Lucas is a bit of a rebel. I like it.
"Yea don't call me princess" I said.

Lucas laughed then payed the check and we left. He wakes me home like he always does.
"Hey I'll call u tomorrow k?" Lucas said as he was leaving
"K night!" I yelled

We smiled at each other, but it was a different smile. Like we LIKED liked each other. WOW.
