Chapter 7

Lucas's POV

I woke up with Maya in my arms. God I love her. She hasn't woken up yet so I decide to wake her up. I kiss her forehead, then her jawline, and I went to her neck. She started to wake up whe n I  got on top of her still kissing her soft pink lips.

"Morning cowboy" she said
"Hey babe" I said

We made out for a while but every minute or so Maya's phone would buzz.

"Maya ru sure u don't want to check ur phone, it keeps buzzing" I said pulling out of the kiss.
"No. I don't want to, just kiss me." she said
"Yes ma'am" I said and I kissed her gently.

It turned into a rough make out. Maya's phone kept buzzing and I started to get annoyed.

"Maya check ur phone" I said
"I don't want to" she said sitting up on me.
"Fine, then I'm checking it for u" I said.

I reached over to her phone and grabbed it off the table. Maya tried to stop me but I pinned her down so she couldn't. I checked her phone. 10 messages from Riley and 37 from an unknown number.

"Maya" I asked looking at her phone
"What" she asked
"Do u know this number?" I asked her showing her the phone.

She snatched it out of my hands and looked at it. She got off of me and put her phone in her pocket. I grabbed her arm and spun her around.

"Maya?" I said
"It's...ummm...Joshua's" she stuttered.

Maya's POV

Why does Joshua keep texting me. I'm dating Lucas! Lucas looks upset.

"Why is he texting u Maya?" He asked still holding my arm.
"Why does it matter? Don't u trust me?!" I shouted.

I can't believe he'd think I'd cheat on him or something. Ugh. I try to get out of his grip, but he pulls me in by my waist.

"Maya, of course I trust u, I don't trust HIM." lucas stated. I believe him.

I pull him in and kiss him. I put my arms around his neck and he gently places his arms around my waist. Sparks explode! I love Lucas.

"R we ok now?" I asked
"Of course" he said
"I don't know how he got my number though" I said and shrugged
"What did he text u?" Lucas asked looking at my phone.
"I don't know just a bunch of junk like, I love u, don't date that loser, and stuff like that." I said and threw my phone on my bed.
"Maya, I love u, and I can't lose u. Ok?" He said staring into my eyes.
"I love u too, and u won't" I said kissing him.

I love Lucas Friar and he loves me. What could be better. I love him so much.
