Chapter 6

Maya's POV

I chased him all the way down to around where the cafe where I used to work is calling his name the whole time.
"Lucas! Lucas! Lucas please stop running!" I yelled

He stopped and turned around to face me.
"Lucas- what- what happened back there?" I asked still out of breath
"Maya I just don't like that guy ok? It's not a big deal." he snapped
"Lucas of course it's a big deal. Why don't u like him?" I asked staring into his eyes.
"Maya I just don't like him, and he OBVIOUSLY doesn't like me either. Let's just go home Maya." he said grabbing my hand. I let him grab it.
"Lucas"
"Yea"
"Why were u so upset when Josh wanted to spend time with me?" I asked.
We are standing infront of my apartment.
"Maya I just don't ok" he said
"No it's not ok" I said turning him back to me.
"Why not Maya? Why can't I just not like the guy? You want to now why Maya? Well I can't tell u ok!?" He yelled at me
I felt tears forming in my eyes. He never yells at me like this.
"Maya I-"
"Forget it" I said and slammed the door in his face.
I stood against my door. Ugh. Why do I like Lucas? wow. I like Lucas. I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and I felt a pair of lips against mine. I opened my eyes as we pulled apart. Lucas.
"Is that why u were so upset?" I asked smiling like an idiot.
"Yea. Maya I really like u and it killed me to see u so excited about some guy and I-" I cut him off by smashing my lips into his.
"Maya, will u be my girlfriend?" He asked nervously. It was adorable.
"Of course I will cowboy!" I said.
We kissed and he came in. Nobody was here except us. Like always. We made out until I pulled away getting a text from Riley asking if I found Lucas. I texted her back that we are ok and we'll come back to her house right now.
"O my god!" I yelled
"What what's wrong babe?" Lucas asked concerned.
"Babe?" I asked
"Yup" he smirked
I smiled and blushed.
"I just realized.....we are LAYA". I giggled as I said that
"Yea....and....." he said somewhat confused
"We are going to Riley's to tell her and Farkle that we are LAYA." I finished
We looked at each then started to laugh like crazy.
"Well riley gets her LAYA." he said laughing

I kissed him and we headed off to Riley's apartment. She's going to be SO happy.

Maya's POV

We got to Riley's and she opened the door and hugged both of us.
"O my god! I thought u guys died or something!" She said worried.
"No we are just fine" Lucas said smiling at my
He grabbed my waist and pulled my in for a kiss. We kissed and all we heard was screaming.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! LAYA LAYA LAYA LAYA LAYA LAYA!!!!!! ITS HAPPENING!!! FARKLE THEY KISSED ITS HAPPENING!!!!!" Riley is going completely insane. It's actually pretty funny.
"I know babe I know calm down." Farkle said trying to calm her down.
"Omg omg omg! When did this happen? What happened? When? How? Omg! LAYA!!!!!!" Riley was so excited.
Farkle, Lucas and I were laughing so hard. Lucas and I looked at each other then we kissed again and riley screamed even louder and she started to take pictures. I don't even care.
"WHAT HAPPENED! IS EVERYONE OK?!?" Joshua yelled coming down the stairs with a bat.

Crap. I forgot all about Joshua.

"Yesssss!!! Everything is amazing! Maya and Lucas are actually happening! LAYA!" She shouted still smiling like an idiot.
"Wait what?" Joshua said looking hurt. He started to put down his bat but he was suddenly filled with anger.
"YOU!" He yelled at Lucas.
"Me?" Lucas asked pointing to himself
"Yea u stupid! U stole Maya away from me!" Joshua yelled.
"Ur to old for her anyway and she's mine get over yourself and stay away from her!" Lucas said

We both said bye to riley and Farkle and ran out of her apartment. We went to mine and I told Lucas to stay with me. He did and we cuddled and watched tv until we fell asleep.
