A story with the Dhoombros ( ON HOLD)

Texas!

Its Sunday morning by chance i manage to wake up in time. Good thing it was 7pm, i had enough time to get ready. I get up and freshen up after yesterdays tiring journey and we are only a few hours away from Texas, i was so excited to start this journey. Once i get ready i go outside in the corridor and knock on Madison's and Nile's rooms telling them to get ready and come downstairs for breakfast. I go back into my room and wake up Zaira and tell her to get ready and come for breakfast too. I go downstairs for breakfast there was so much to choose from. But i just ended up eating omelette, some fruits and a glass of fresh orange juice. Shortly after Zaira, Madison and Nile came. Then i go upstairs and collect everyone's belongings and stuff them in the car. After that i go to the reception desk to pay the bill and sign out. We all then meet in the car and the journey begins again, but shorter luckily by now it was 8:15am and we only needed to drive another 4 hours to reach Texas. That means we could reach there by 12:15pm and have time to explore. I was thrilled i popped myself on the drivers seat with Zaira's favorite music on which i didn't mind bearing for a few hours as we were reaching Texas soon! Texas, Texas, Texas thats all i could think of when driving.

~ A few hours later~

Yippee! We finally reach i was overwhelmed and wanted to go exploring straight away but i had to be patient. We went to the hotel and took out our belongings from the car and put them in our own rooms. While everyone relaxed i really wanted to go and see more of Texas. So while everyone was chilling i went downstairs to reception and asked for a map of nearby locations i couldn't go far because i had promised everyone that we would all go together. So when i managed to open the map i looked around for nearby cities and the nearest one was Austin.

I hired a cab via the hotel when i got inside i started wrestling with the map trying to get hold of the locations in Austin. I decided to go to Lady Bird Lake. When i reached the lake looked so beautiful the sun shined bright piercing into the deep blue water. The water shimmered as if diamonds were hidden beneath the dark lake. The small currents in the water danced side to side. I took some pictures using my state of the art camera that was recently gifted to me on my 20th birthday. After finishing my tour of Lady Bird Lake with a long walk across the boardwalk that stretched across the lake. I try and take some selfies but other people just seem too distracted by me taking a picture and they just walk in the middle of my selfie ruining it all but i wasn't feeling that bad because when i looked at them again they were really funny.

Next i went to Austin Zoo it was always busy there but i managed to have a great time. I took pictures with cute baby monkeys i seriously felt like taking one back home with me. I took pictures with tigers, monkeys, bears, giraffes, camels, hippos and lots more. I tried taking a selfie with some crocodiles, when i looked back on the picture i could see that one of the crocodiles had it's mouth wide open revealing its razor sharp teeth. I would have been dead meat if it hadn't been for the strong fencing surrounding the crocodiles. After that amazing experience i took out my phone and located the nearest Starbucks i was SO hungry i briskly turned a few corners until VOILA! Starbucks! Finally i  went inside and in two minutes i was sitting on a bench stuffing my face with food.

Some time after i got back into the cab and headed straight back to the hotel by now it was 4:30pm and everyone was awake from their beauty sleep and i was the one exhausted. Zaira asked me where i was so i told them that i had been Austin all three of them looked at me really frustrated. Zaira shouted why didn't you take us along!? I couldn't have taken you even if i had told you as you guys were sleepy and exhausted and i was the only one who was actually active. So i gave Zaira the car keys and map telling her, Madison and Nile to go where ever they want but in Austin only. I went up to my room but couldn't open the door. I checked my pockets for the key. It wasn't there. Shoot! I forgot to ask Zaira for the key. What will i do now?
