Complicated Vampire Love

Matt calls me right in the morning and says I love you, tonight is all about us and I cant wait to see you! My mom sits on the end of my bed and I see a tear roll down her cheek. I hug her and she helps me get ready. We look through pictures from when I was younger. "I cant believe your 23 now" she says. "I'm not a kid anymore, but ill always be your baby girl mom." We cry for a couple minutes and she says "C'mon kid we got a wedding to get to" We laugh, get my makeup on and drive to the beach.
I see Matt standing in his tuxedo, and the priest holding his book. I take a deep breath then my mom walks me down the isle. Matt smiles at me, kisses my mom on the cheek and takes my hand. The priest begins "We are gathered here today to celebrate the marriage of Matt Davis Collins and Chelsea Catherine Conway. Chelsea if you would repeat after me." I repeat him and Matt does the same. minutes pass and we get to the end. "I do" we say at the same time. I am no longer crying, but I got teary. "You may kiss the bride!" The priest says loudly. We kiss like we did at the beach. I look at Jo in her dress she smiles and wipes a tear from her cheek. Matt and I walk down the isle hand in hand.
I go to change into the dress for the after party with my mom. She hugs me and sings the song we used to sing whenever we talked about me getting married. Her voice was so soft and warming. (listen to the song above)
I walk down to the board walk where Matt takes my hand and we walk down to the party. We meet up with Jo and all hug. The limo arrived, Matt opened the door for me and we both got in. My life just began, I've have what my mom called complicated vampire love.
