Casting day: 2003-07
Story behind how Eunkyung was casted:
She was street cast during her summer holidays with her family, they had come to Korea for the summer and were spending the first few days in Seoul to catch up with her Uncle, Aunt and older cousins (Dad's side) when they went to a shopping mall and someone from SM saw her and went to her family and talked to her and her parents explained that they were from SM.Ent and gave them a business card. At first her parents were unsure whether they should let her join the company but she ended up convincing her parent to let her join.
