-Meliodas POV-

I laid down in bed, tears in my eyes. All I wanted to do was to cuddle Elizabeth and play with Tristan now. Turning to the side, I started thinking.

What could I have done to make her love me? What did I do wrong? What could I have done better?

I sat up and started thinking, making a list in my head on all the bad things I did to her.

1. Asking my father to treat her father
2. Suggest that she marry me
3. Try to kiss her when she doesn't even like me
4. Somehow, making the whole school hate her
5. Making her sad
6. Drugging her
7. Making her pregnant without permission
8. Force her to things
9. Make her move in to me/ kinda kidnapping her
10. Make the whole demon realm look after her
11. Using her to things she doesn't like
12. Treat her
13. Using Tristan against her
14. Not listening to her
15. Force her even more
16. Making her scared
17. Not protecting her

The list just continues. It's not that strange she hate me. I don't deserve her, I don't even deserve to live. I'm a horrible man.

"Prince Meliodas, your sister and one of her friends is here. They need to talk to you." A guard said.

"Let them in." I said. Lilith, my little sister I haven't seen since I was 8 and Diane walked inside. As soon as they closed the door, their poker faces turned to wrathful and hatred.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"WHAT THE HELL BROTHER?! I MEET MY BEST FRIEND AFTER 4 YEARS AND SHE IS LIKE THAT?!" Lilith asked.

Now I remember how I got my interest in Elizabeth.

~Flashback~

I was walking to my room when the door opened and Lilith yelled "I'm home and have my best friend with me!"

"Hey sis, how are ya?" I asked and then I saw her friend walk inside. My eyes couldn't look away from her. She was so beautiful. She was breathtaking.

"This is my best friend Elizabeth. Elizabeth, this is my twin brother Meliodas." Lilith introduced. I just nodded, not taking my eyes of off her.

"Nice to meet you Meliodas." Elizabeth said. All I could do is stutter my answer "Y-You t-too."

Her voice was angelic. Then they walked away to play.

~Now~

That was the only time I ever talked to her before I talked to her when we was 16. That's when I become desperate. Stupid.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Elizabeth is crying her eyes out because of you! Why do you always hurt her over and over again?!" Diane yelled, but not as much as Lilith.

"Yeah, right. She doesn't even love me. It's even understandable after everything I have done to her." I said and turned to face the wall.

"She loves you and is crying herself dry right now! What crap are you talking about?!" Lilith yelled, but a bit calmer.

"She told me so herself. When that Mael guy had drugged her with that strange drug." I said.

"Wait, what drug?" Lilith asked, not yelling anymore.

"Elizabeth did say she didn't remember anything." Diane said.

"It was some strange drug that made her act strange. She wanted to do 'things' to whoever she was able to." I explained.

The next thing I knew, I was punched in the face. It was Lilith. She spoke with anger in her voice "That drug affect goddesses in a different way! It make them do things you explained, but one of it's side effects is that they can't tell the truth while affected!"

"W-what?" I asked. Diane was the next one to speak "You idiot! She loves you and is crying because you left and what are you doing?! You are just asking 'what?'."

"But it must be a mistake, she made it very clear she didn't even like me." I said, getting another punch, but from Diane this time.

"Didn't you listen what Lilith said?! She. Is. Not. Able. To. Tell. The. Truth! She loves you!" Diane yelled.

"B-but then-" Lilith cut me off by saying "Go you idiot! Before she have cried herself to death!"

Nodding, I took off as fast as possible. It took a good 10 minutes for me to get there.

When I arrived, I ran inside to see Elizabeth crying on the couch alone.

What was I going to do now? I have never really been good at comforting people when I was the one who cased the pain.

I sat down in the couch beside her and slowly hugged her. Rubbing her back.

"Elizabeth, is it true?" I asked. Then continued "Is it true that you really love me?"

She nodded while crying before saying "Yes! Yes I do!"

Tears was formed in my eyes and I started crying too. In a happy tone, I said "I love you so much! I will never, never ignore your words again. Okay? Please forgive me for everything I have done! I will try to make it up to you as long as I live!"

She hugged me beck and cried in my chest, then spoke "I have already forgiven you long time ago! Even if I didn't want to accept it, I could never hold a grudge against you more then a hour."

We sat in the couch, crying for what felt like hours, but was minutes. Then we stopped and I kissed her.

"I love you so much!" She said. I responded with "Not as much as I love you."

"No, because I love you more." She said, but making me disagree.

We continued to fight who was loving the other more until we was interrupted by a male voice.

"Daddy!" Tristan said and ran up to us. Elaine stood at the end of the room too.

"Sorry, he wanted to come back so badly." She spoke, making us smile.

"It's okay, everything is fine now." Elizabeth said and leaned on my shoulder. I nodded.

"Good, because we have two angry visitors that want to kick your ass Meliodas." Elaine said and pointed outside the door. Ready to take a hit or two of the ones I think is Lilith and Diane, I walked out.

To my surprise, it wasn't them.
