NatVerse: Alice Angel

Message chapter 2

Alice and Leo arrive at a park. Artemis is there too. Its quiet. Alice looked around, but she soon shoved Leo out of the way, just before a blade came flying at them.

"What the-" Leo falls over, then sits up quickly. He looks at where the blade come from. "Um, there isn't anyone there?" Leo looks up at Alice.  Alice steps forward, "I can see you, you do not need to cloak yourself" she said, walking forward.

"Wait but there isn't anyone there?" Leo stood up, and he was just beyond confused. A male appeared, "ah, seems she never did say to me that you can see through cloaking spells, Alice" he spoke, only after pulling a mask off his face, that was covering his mouth. Leo backed away, slowly.

Alice tilted her head, "Let me guess," she looked down, putting her hand out. A glow of light appeared above her hand, and that light became a yo-yo. "You came to kill me, Warden Kim?" Her voice sounded calm. Leo looked at Alice, "wait what, you know him?" He asked.

Alice looked at Leo, "No" she said. Leo nodded, "ok so you just know his name? And now what?" He asked. Artemis jumped onto Leo's shoulder, "That is part of her power. She just knows the identity of others" he looked to Leo, "you must send him back to Valkeraine" he then explained.

Leo nodded, "yeah ok, um" he takes Artemis off his shoulder, setting him on the ground. "I'll let you handle this, and I will go home. It is late" he said, before backing away slowly, and eventually turning away and running off. Alice turned to Leo. "Alice, defeat him. I will go talk with Leo, alright?" Artemis said, before walking off with Leo. Alice nodded and looked back at her enemy.

"Leo! Wait!" Artemis called from behind. Leo stopped, and turned to the small white rabbit. "Listen, I know how confused you must be. But, you are the only one that can help Alice" he sat down as he spoke. "You play a special role in all of this. Alice knows of your special role" Artemis then walked up to Leo, and pointed at his watch. "Boss told me that she has a special message for you. And it is about your power" he explained, backing away from Leo now.

Leo tilted his head, "Ok so, I have no idea what is going on right now." He looked to the side, "This is not real" he looked back at Artemis. "I can't fight people, I am only 10, and my mom is probably worried now, so I should go" he said before turning away. Artemis sat there quietly. Alice then screamed from behind them. "Alice!" Artemis turned to the direction Alice is in, and ran that way. Leo stopped, "Ok, great" he also turned around.

"L-Let me go!" Alice yelled, at a female. A female with chin length blonde hair. The girl giggled at Alice's screams. Artemis froze, "Alice.." his eyes fell onto the other girl, "oh no.." he seemed to be scared. Leo caught up with Artemis, "So uh, who is that?" He tilted his head, asking while pointing at the girl.

"Catherine Jameson. Also known to go by Cathy" Artemis explained, before looking up at Leo, "She is a member of the Jameson family, meaning she is far to powerful and far to strong for Alice to defeat" he looked down, knowing this wouldn't end well.

Leo nodded, "Ok, I have no idea what to do but I guess I can help?" He sounded beyond unsure, but he ran over to the two girls anyways. Cathy glanced over at Leo, "You.." she dropped Alice. She then walked towards Leo, "Have we met before?" She tilted her head while asking.

Leo stepped back, each time Cathy would get closer. "No.." he shook his head, "not once, no" he said. Cathy then kept walking forward, until Leo's back was up against a tree, preventing his escape. She then let out a giggle, "are you sure?" She asked, tilting her head once more.

Leo looked up at Cathy, "um, you are a little close.." he mumbled. Then, suddenly he had an idea. His grimoire then appeared. He glanced at it, but back at Cathy. "Push" Leo said, with out any emotion at all. Cathy then flew backwards. Alice quickly ran to Leo's side.

Cathy stood up, "Ah, only two people could ever push me as you did," she wiped the dirt off of her shirt and skirt, "That were my cousins...Nat and Ace Jameson" she narrowed her eyes at Leo, "who are you? Those who possess celestial magic and power are not able to push Jamesons." She stepped forward. Alice then stepped infront of Leo, putting an arm up to guard him.

"No, you are no Jameson" Cathy said tilting her head, "Hm, time to give this message to my uncle" she said, before disappearing as mysteriously as she appeared.

Leo and Alice both looked at Artemis, "Nat and Ace Jameson? Who are they?" Lel asked.

"Boss has a message for you both." Artemis said, before leading the two back to Alice's home.
