Our story takes place in the late 1950's, during the Vietnam War. People were scared and were holding on to the ones they love the most. The young lady Miss Mary Forbes at the age of 16 works at a small cafe where she meets her first love for whom is about to be sent to war in Vietnam. For one can only have hope and faith for so long, for it can make us stronger or it could make us weak and fragile, but love. Love is what should scare you the most, although it is happy and beautiful it can destroy you. All you can do is hope for the best.
