Part 10: Further Thought

Y/n's pov:

After that extremely awkward encounter with David, me and Chloe sat there in painful silence. Eventually however, Chloe spoke up.

Chloe: Okay, this silence is awkward as hell so lets go get breakfast at the diner.

Y/n: I'll grab my wallet then. I don't wanna have to pass David though...

Chloe: We can just go out my window.

Y/n: Oh, alright. Lets go then.

We then clambered out Chloe's window, and I quickly ran into my house to get my wallet.

Chloe's pov:

As Y/n entered his house I got in my truck and started it. I now really thought about what step-douche said. Maybe we would be a cute couple. This is the first time that he's met someone like me and actually said something positive about them. Hella fuckin' weird. Then again, I wouldn't mind being in a relationship with him. He also did seem to enjoy it when we cuddled. Maybe he has some feelings for me too? Then I am snapped from my thoughts and notice that he got in the truck.

Chloe: Alright, lets go get some grub. I'm fucking starving.

With that I pulled out and drove off.
