Sparrow stared at Dream. "What are you talking about?"
"I mean, every time one of us...sleeps, if we make contact, we wake up. "
"I don't believe it." Said Sparrow haughtily.
"Well, why not?"
Sparrow was at a loss. "Because....because...." She sighed. "I don't know." Dream bent down.
"Can I show you something?" Sparrow's eyes widened.
"WHERE? WHERE IS IT? I hate surprises, tell me tell me!"
Dream grinned. "It's a surprise."
Sparrow thought this was cruel of him, but agreed to hop along side him. Dream was speed walking. He didn't realize that Sparrow was lagging behind. "So.." He said energetically. "Why is your name Sparrow, and not anything better?" Dream blushed soon after, knowing that was mean of him. He turned to see if Sparrow had heard him, and was relieved and worried to find that she wasn't there. Dream whipped around, glad to see her in the distance. He ran back, suddenly noticing his energy was waning slightly. He arrived at her, almost tripping over her tiny body.
"Dream......." She moaned. "I think I'm going to...."
Sparrow flopped onto the ground. Dream panicked then decided he should try his theory. He reached out, and gently poked Sparrow.
She started to sit up almost immediately.
