The sunrise was beautiful with all pink and blues, chasing other stars away from the sky. Too bad y/n couldn't see it bc she was sleeping.
It was Sunday morning and y/n and her parents were moving into a new house. A new neighborhood, new school, and many new adventures.
Stirring awake, y/n looked at her surrounding as her father parked the car in their new driveway. The greenery around the house almost looking magical with few rain droplets from last night. The house itself was said to be old but looked as new as a day.
Y/n got out of the car and started helping take the boxes in the house. It was massive from the inside, white interior and black and cream-colored furniture gave their new home a nice warm and welcoming tone.
"You can go and do your bedroom honey if you want to." Said y/ns mom while entering the kitchen
Y/n bolted in her room as fast as possible jumping on her bed "it's gonna be a long day"
Sun was once more chasing after other stars clearing the sky completely. Birds song outside was rudely interrupted by an alarm
"Shut UP!"
Bolting out of the bed to get ready for her first day at new school y/n almost tripped and broke few bones...it was just a scratch. Takin a toast or something she left the house in hopes of coming early. This was something she would do a lot in other schools she moved to, to get to know her surrounding. You see, her mom is quite a jumper, from one town to another she went, thanks to her job. Not that y/n minded, it was what she had to suffer through 15 years.
The school wasn't as depressing as it was in pictures. There were few students sitting here and there, talking outside and causing chaos around the school fountain. A kid with red hair, or was it just a streak(?), a purple-haired kid, and a loud rounder kid were messing with a girl. Red hair was holding a phone above the water which the girl was trying to get back, purple har was trying to talk red hair out of it, it seemed and a brown hair guy was laughing his ass off behind them. Y/n had a choice to either explore the school or to help the girl. Quick thinking she ran to the fountain snatching the phone. Unfortunately for her, she didn't think it through enough cuz she fell into the water. Students all around started laughing at the sight before them. She quickly handed the phone to the girl and managed to get out "sorry I messed it up... I can pay to fix it if you want?" She quickly offered. The girl shyly smiled with a hint of sadness. With a little quiet "it's okay" she went off leaving y/n with 3 main problems.
The guy and the red hair were laughing holding onto each other to keep balance, while purple hair however was staring at the girl unfazed. "That was quite a move you did there. I can tell that you're new, nobody deals with Max in this school" they shifted their leg and fixed their hair a bit looking back at the two dying seals on the floor.
"Uhh... ye. Names y/n, and that wasn't cool"
"Why suddenly nervous after that much confidence? " The kid gave her a stern look before grinning.
"Lawrence...Law for short. Am not usually a friendly person but eh. Those two pigs are Max and Gray..try to stay away from them. fucking seniors" Law whispered the last part to y/n getting a little closer. Two people in question started gathering their bearings talking with each other.
"Red one, Max is known for being the asshole of the school. They're also my brother so I'm stuck as being the rude one too. Wonders of genetics". Max was now sitting at the fountain wall waving at the two, ignoring Gray's desperate calls for help from the floor.
"A new freshie. Is it Christmas already?" "The second year actually-" "whatever you're, still new. See you around I guess" Max interrupted getting up and picking up Gray, they started slowly walking into the building. Y/n gaze shifted her gaze to the person before her. She observed as Lawrence followed Max as they disappear.
"And the other guy is Gray. I have no idea who he is but he just started hanging out with Max one day. At least I can bully someone without being bullied back.."
The bell decided to ring at that moment bringing both of their attention to the entrance. They entered the school which was still an uncovered place to y/n as she didn't explore one bit. Her schedule turns out to be the same as Law's so they were together for a whole day, making it easy for y/n and her surroundings.
"I have to go to the principal's office first. I'll be quick" Y/n motioned behind her back with a smile making her way to the said office. She cursed herself for wasting her time trying to save something and failing miserably. She still heard the laughter around her even tho she was alone in the hall.
The visit to the principal was short because the woman was already waiting patiently for her. She was very sweet and calm while explaining some tuff about the classes that she didn't even listen to. The warm voice was calming like sweet honey her mother would have her eat when she was sick. It reminded her of Law in some way. Quiet but strong, you could almost hear the strings of vibrations as they spoke. Her thought shifted back to reality from Law, feeling warmth in her face sighing to cool herself down. The two started walking to the classroom she's meant to have class in. Knocking on the door gently, she turned the knob and slowly made her way inside. The teacher stopped her lesson as the principal started introducing y/n to the class. She looked around watching students' faces, some bored and some excited. Her eyes landed on a certain purple bush Law called hair.
