Camp Hope//A Hayes Grier Fanfiction

Chapter four

Hayes and I hung out for a while, we learned a lot about our families and stuff. I learned that he has a step mom and step dad, also a step sister named Skylynn. ((Im not 100% on their family, I think Elizabeth is their real mom and Chad is their real dad?? I'm not sure so don't get mad if I'm not right.))

I told him about my dad and all and he hugged me and told me it will all be okay. He really is sweet.

"I'd really like to meet your family." I said.

"Do you want to right now?" He asks.

"Yeah sure!" I say.

"Okay well the house that's the next street over is my moms, and I'm usually there all of the time." He tells me. ((I have no idea.))

"Okay sounds good!" I say and we go upstairs.

"Mom we're going to meet Hayes' mom and step dad. Would you like to come?" I ask.

"Ohh yes! I made cookies earlier so I'll bring them over." She says.

"Okay I'm going to get changed I'll be right back." I say and run upstairs and put on my cute little sundress with sandals. I brush my hair and put a little make up on and go downstairs.

"You didn't have to get dressed up." He says and laughs a little.

"I always try to look my best while meeting new people." I say.

"Okay are we ready?" My mom asks.

"Yeah i am." i say.

"Alright let's go." She says and grabs her keys and we all get into the car. Hayes tells us the directions and we're there in like maybe 30 seconds.

We walk inside

"Mom! I have people here!" He yells up.

"In here!" She says and we go into the kitchen to see her and his step dad.

"Hi I'm destiny, nice to meet you." I smile and shake their hands.

"I'm Johnnie." He smiles.

"I'm Elizabeth," she smiles, "it's nice to meet the girl who my son always talks about." She says and hugs me, I laugh.

"Mom!" Hayes says.

"Don't worry he talks good about her." She says to my mom and they both laugh.

"Hi I'm Maria." She says and they shake hands and with the step dad and all.

"Do you want coffee, Maria?" She asks my mom.

"Um yeah sure that would be great!" She says and they go make coffee and such, while Hayes and I go upstairs to see Nash.

"Hey Nash." I say and go in his room.

"Hey babe!" he says and gets up to give me a hug.

"How are you?" I ask.

"I'm good!" He says.

"BOO!" Is all I hear and see cam come out of the closet.

I scream and so does hayes and he jumps into Nash's arms.

"CAMERON!" I say and playfully slap him. It was cam.

"Hey babe how are ya?" He asks and hugs me.

"I'm good! How are you?" I ask and he says good blah blah blah.

"So Destiny I have to ask you something." Hayes says.

"Okay? Go." I smile.

"So Cam and Nash and I are going to go to this beach trip slash photoshoot. Our photographer says a girl in the shoot would be nice and I may have mentioned you? Would you want to come? I'll understand if you don't!" He says.

"Hayes shut up why are you so nervous?" I laugh.

He gives me a smile.

"What do you say?" He asks.

"Absolutely! I would love to go." I say and he gives me a hug.

"Thank you! It'll be so much fun I promise! Our photographer is so awesome too you'll love him. His name is Bryant." He says.

"Awesome." I smile.

We hung out for awhile then my mom and I went home.

"Mom? Can I ask you something?" I ask.

"Of course, babe." She says.

"Well.. HayesAndNashAndCameronAreDoingAphoto-"

"Woah slow down there!" She says.

"Hayes......and.......Nash........and..........Cameron..........are........-"

"Spit it out!" She says.

"Okay fine. Hayes and Nash and Cameron are going to a beach photoshoot and they need a girl so they brought up me and they asked if I would want to do it?" I ask.

"Does it cost money?" She asks.

"No." I say.

"Where is it?" She asks.

"Santa Monica state beach." I say.

"Oh that sound like a lot of fun!" She says.

"So..?"

"I really wish I can come along with you!" She says.

"So it's a yes?!" I ask.

"Yes!" She smiles and I give her a hug.

"Thanks mom." I say.

"Plus, I know how much you like hayes." She winks.

"Mom!" I say.

"I was talking to his mom and step dad for a while and they are seriously the nicest people ever!" She says.

"They seem nice! I feel bad I didn't really talk to them that much." I say.

"It's okay. Wait! Elizabeth and I are meeting for coffee tomorrow morning and you and hayes are going too. I forgot to tell you." She says.

"Oh okay cool!" I say.

"Well goodnight mom I love you!" I say.

"I love you too baby!" She says and I go upstairs and just lay down and smile.

Wow, he's perfect.

I'm so lucky.
