"Hello district 13 long time no see" Tulip Lokze says with no expected response.
It was inside and their was no stage so when the female and male gets realer they will have to walk up in front of the lines and sent to their rooms.
All the children ages 12-18 were standing over on the floor and Tulip was standing on a little balcony and parents were looking though little window compartments.
The sound of the short film starts. Their was no big screen so everybody just had to listen to the audio.
Right after the film Tulip just reached her hand in the female bowl and picks a pice of paper then slightly unfolded it then reads out loud "Saturn Arrow"
The young girl starts crying and screaming "NO NO" but then a few peacekeepers dragged her up front.
Then Tulip reaches in the male bowl and chooses a pice of paper and reads the name out loud "Zero Octavius"
The 18 year old walks up front with out help and shows no emotion. Both children were to shake hands and brought into different rooms for their final family goodbyes.
Because this was the first and probably last ever reaping 13 will have Tulip didn't say the most iconic line ever.
