Ok. Maybe this school wasn't as bad as I thought. It's almost been a week and me and Jack have already started dating. I absolutely adore him. My parents do to!
. "hey Melissa!"
. I turned around in my seat and looked at Jack.
. "Hey"
. "Remember the dance."
. "Wouldn't forget it!"
I turned back around. Class was almost over. There was a good side and a bad side to this. I would have to go in the hall again, and I would be able to get out of social studies. You figure out which is which.
. The bell rang and I jumped up out of my seat. Sometimes if I rushed I didn't have to see Eli. I fast walked out of the hall. I saw Jack go the other, and I had to go down the other hallway. I hate it when this happens. When Jack is with me Eli never botheres me. I turned around and guess what? Eli was right there!
. "Look at what we have here.... No Jack around to protect you this time huh?"
. "Get out of my way Eli."
. "I just thought you should know that it hurt my feelings when you rejected me to the dance."
. "Oh, you have a heart? Huh... Could have fooled me!"
He glared at me.
. "Your gonna be sorry." I was a about to say something when he held a knife to my back. I tried to scream but he pushed it in my chest.
"Walk. Out the doors. Go down the side walk until I say stop." I looked around praying that someone would see, but the bell already and nobody was in the hallway.
. "I said walk!"
I had no choice but to walk out the doors with his knife pressed against my back.
. It took only five minutes to get to this old looking house he brought me to. It was falling apart literally. He pushed me in the door and down the stairs. He threw me down l and I tumbled what seemed like 20 or more steps.
. "It's time you learned a lesson Melissa."
. I got up. "You'll never get away with this!" I ran up the stairs and he shut the door. As soon as I got to the door I heard the click of a lock.
. "No! Let me out! Let me out of here! Jack! Jack jack help me! Jack-" I kept repeating his name. Praying to god someone would hear me. I kept banging on the door till my hand bled because of the splinters. How could this be happening to me? I don't understand! I want to go home! I cried until there was nothing left, and I let darkness take me away.
