We can only know that we know nothing. And that is the highest degree of human wisdom.

Nausea and bile threatened to rise in her stomach as she felt motion sickness. As Ritsuka and everyone rode out the trip while Nero was steering the ship on deck.

Ritsuka stared at the screen as she vividly remembered the conversation where Dr. Romani rubbed his temples in frustration. As she told Romani about Boudica's suspicion when they begin to get ready to board the ship in hours later. She retraced their conversation and old topic as she said, "Divine Spirit, not Heroic Spirit?"

"Yes. It is different from a Heroic Spirit and a higher being than elementals," said Mash, standing beside her as she followed up on Ritsuka's question. As they wait for departure.

"Divine beings are mentioned as a natural phenomenon or symbols of authority, call them God or gods. Yet They're already gone from the face of the Earth or perhaps, never existed in the first place? It's hard to understand them with magecraft developed after Anno Domini. Even when you pray to the gods in times of trouble, they don't give help that easily..." Until Romani watched, Ritsuka frowned in confusion.

"Maybe that was a bad example. Anyways, the world has long been in humans and civilization. Even if there was a god, realistically cannot be able to regain a lost future. We're the only ones who can save the world and its future. So whether or not a Divine Spirit can materialize as a Servant."

They can't. And that's the only answer that Romani means.

"Even if technology reached the realms of True Magic, it's disadvantageous. In theory, it should not necessarily be impossible though." As Dr. Romani said those words, he continued looking up his data research while the staff stood on standby. But Nero overheard the conversation as she refused to accept the truth with her sword dug into the ground. Announcing with a frustrated voice, she shouted,

"We are heading to find the goddess in the Mediaterean land!"

Mash frowned as Nero edged near the coast and ordered her soldiers to hurry up the preparations. "Are you sure? Don't you need to return to Rome?"

Nero shook at Mash's words before lifting her head in determination as she said, "I don't need to at the moment. Besides I want to know what this ancient god is, but what if it's truly one of the gods? It's not impossible, right? For instance, Romulus the founder and first king of Rome became the newest god after he disappeared in lightning. Things like that occasionally happen. Further assume they are gods of Rome. If the United Empire's 'emperors' took that god away, we'd have bigger problems. I don't want that's the one thing I absolutely cannot stand."

Much as Ritsuka understands Nero's intention. However, her intention is a gamble for her army and the war.

"Your Majesty's words are reasonable. As guest commanders, we would be happy to accompany you." Dr. Romani said as he tried to reason with her, "However, I advise that we can do a quick detour to find the goddess in the Mediterranean lands. Otherwise, we lose time and your empire could be at risk if we delay too long."

"Alright... I can accept that" Nero's eyes became oddly cloudy when she quietly relented to Romani's reasoning and agreed to his idea before she became silent for a moment. Although, it was very strange that the hyper and superactive Nero would become a docile person that doesn't match the personality that everyone recognized her as for.

As everyone began to worry as they tried to get Nero's attention and return to the Nero they knew. Mash managed to snap Nero back to reality as she timidly spoke, "Come on Nero, say something... Nero? Are you alright?"
