Ritsuka didn't know what happened to Izuku but she knew that he was going into denial. After she heard that Red Archer and the other servants were mentoring him in training him. Dr. Romani mentions to her that Izuku needs to be encouraged with some guidance.
Guessing that Izuku had some self-doubt in the past. Was evidence that Izuku is suffering right now. And Ritsuka couldn't blame the kid. He was too young and didn't have the skills required to fight an opponent that Mash could handle. He just needs time to grow up and be able to nurture.

That is what Dr. Romani explained yesterday from their last meeting.
"We have a lock on Izuku's world," Da Vinci told Ritsuka after confirming that Izuku was occupied in training with Red Archer. "And we are not liking what we are seeing."
"Hmm...so it's not so much the future as it is a separate world,' Ritsuka asked. Da Vinci shook her head as she explained, "Yes, and no! But still, he is a confirmed existence for that world. Because if it were a parallel world to us, then he would have to be from 2015. Not 500 years in the future!"
"So that means...?" Mash piped up.
"This world can become ours, but no. It is very much still a separate world. It seems that 300 years from this day or son," Romani began. "Quirks would emerge and people like us or Izuku would be discriminated against...Izuku is an outlier though.."
As Ritsuka winced at that thought. Discrimination is a difficult topic in their modern era. It was a cruel thing to face. Even not having the memories, Izuku's body actively remembers the trauma it took as Izuku flinches at the sound of popping and the sight of flames when he was training with his mentors. It was rather a slow process to get over that.
"Maybe he's a mage in an era that has either never had them or he's a mutation that gave him circuits," Mashu spoke up, trying to lighten up the mood. "Or he's from a line of mages that had lost their circuits and by a miracle, he'd managed to get some and use them to an extent."
"So he's going to need more serious mage training," Ritsuka nodded before smiling. "At least I won't be alone," She giggled, the others laughing at her enthusiasm. "Hey..so about that whole quirkless thing..."
"They firmly believe they are either useless or have no right to be in their society," Romani sighed, anger gracing his features. "And the No. 1 hero stated that those without a quirk should be something realistic and not a hero. Read a history book, why don't you," he scoffed at the memory of finding a video of the news when he looked into the data.
Izuku was passing by the control room during that time. As Romani was playing the video. He didn't notice Izuku's presence until he felt a gloomy mood change the mood in the room. He turned to see Izuku pale in disappointment. Just hurt by the sight of All Might confirms what happened. And Romani swore next time that he would be researching more carefully without Izuku knowing.
"Well! I am sure Izuku will become one of the best heroes," Ritsuka smiled. "If you know...Alter Arturia has nothing to say about it."
They shivered at the memory of the King of Britain's anger when she asked the boy why he couldn't be a good hero. The boy didn't have a direct answer. But vaguely said 'Because I wished once. And I remember the shadows laughing at me.'
"Oh, yeah, how are the repairs on the training room," she asked.
"Saber demolished it...but it should be rebuilt in about a month or so," Mashu smiled. "Right when we are returning from the next singularity!"
