Amelia's P.O.V
Did this girl really think she could get rid of me that easily? I sat in the mirror of Victoria's guest house getting ready for my first day of school as "Mariah" the student from Alaska who was sent away to New York to get a taste of the city life. I knew I had one goal and that was to regain my social standings as the most popular girl in all of Burmingham Private School. Hopefully it wouldn't be that hard. I twirled my newly platinum hair in the mirror. I hated to admit it but I looked way hotter than I did in my first life.
I flipped my hair over my shoulder and smiled.
"Still fucking flawless"
At that moment I heard a knock on the door.
"Come in", I said applying some lip gloss
"Mariah the limo is outside waiting dear", said Victoria's amazing mother Sue.
I really loved the woman, she was always a sweetheart and I knew her since I was about three. She was like a second mother too me. I mean the woman was kind enough to let a complete stranger into her house and to pay her tuition? Well then again Victoria's dad, Victor, owned Allen's Distribution which was a multimillionaire dollar company after all. It's not like she couldn't afford it.
I kinda missed my mom.
"Oh okay" I picked up my bag and walked outside to the limo.
I got in and took a seat on the soft leather.
"Morning sunshine", said Victoria winking at me
I laughed. "Morning"
"So tell me Mel what was it like being dead?", Victoria asked in a whisper
"It's funny you ask that because I literally have no memory of what happened after that", I answered
"Seriously?" she said puzzled
"Swear it, it's like I was in some kinda coma. It was dark and then I woke up and I was back"
"That's so weird", she said shivering a bit
I shrugged and looked out the window. Trust me I know.

Marc's P.O.V
I laid on my back looking at the ceiling and watching the fan turn slowly. The weekend was over and it was about a good three weeks after the whole funeral. It was time to move on with our lives. I slowly got up and stretched and walked myself towards the window looking at all the skyscrapers placed so perfectly in the view. I watched the birds make their way around the towers leaving a little pattern behind them. Two arms wrapped around my waist as I felt the heat on my back.
"Morning baby", Hillary said sleepily and yawned.
I turned to face the innocent, tired looking crimson head wrapping my arms around her waist and kissing her forehead.
"Morning", I replied
"We should get ready", she said with a small smile
I shrugged, "Yeah you're right". My eyes drifted over at the chrome clock on the wall.
"It would be quicker if we showered together", she said huskily.
I smirked. "Sounds like fun". I picked her up and she squealed as I put her over my shoulder and carried her over to the bathroom.
