becoming a hall - part one of two (COMPLETED)

-2 days earlier-

Bryce's POV

I wanted to foster a kid after seeing a movie about it and relizing that so many kids need homes. I told the boys and went to pick out a child. One girl in particular caught my eye, it said her name was Kalia, but she lived in Hawai'i. So I flew to Hawai'i with the Sway boys for a vacay.

-2 days later-

I got to the orphanage and met with a woman named Mrs. Allison. She sat me down and had me go through Kalia's profile again.

Mrs. Allison: "There are a few things your need to know before you meet Kalia." I nod my head for her continue.

Mrs. Allison: "She had her parents murdered in front of her on a cliff and she was in a terrible plane accident that killed her 15 other and only family members." I felt tears starting to well in my eyes. Nobody should have to deal with that espically not that young.

Mrs. Allison: ''She is very smart and is extremely good at gymnastics. She is already in level 7. She skipped 3rd grade and is a straight A student. She also does Jit-Jitsu."

Bryce: "So can I meet my foster child." Mrs. Allison nods her head and leads me to the main room and goes to get Kalia. I text the sway boys  about Kalia. I hear foot steps and I look up only to be met with beautiful sea green eyes. I immeditaly wanted to adopt her, but I have to wait for the court. 

Bryce: "I assume you are Kalia."

Kalia: "You have assumed correct." I smiled at that.  A witty mouth. She doesn't seem to know who I am so that is good. Now she won't only love me because I am famous.  

Bryce: "Well my name is Bryce, and i'll be your new foster dad."

Kalia: "Nice to meet you Bryce." She has manners.

Mrs. Allison: "Bye Kalia." Kalia waves at Mrs. Allison before walking with me.

Bryce: "I live in LA so we will have to take a plane. Our flight is in 2 days." She freezes and then I remember her plane crash. I squat down to her eye level. I see tears welling in her eyes.

Bryce: "Kalia, Kalia hey are you okay."

Kalia: "Yeah, just flashbacks."

-time skip to when Bryce shows Kalia her room-

Bryce: "This your room."

Kalia: "Thanks D-Bryce.'' she says before heading into her room. She almost called me dad. Why did she stop herself? I head back to the lobby to tell the boys again about Kalia and how she almost called me dad.

Anthony: "Hey you almost got your first dad before I got my first big bro"

Bryce: "Why did she stop herself." I ask the boys ignoring Anthony's comment.

Blake: "She is a foster kid, she is probbaly worried you will return her. She might not want to get to attached just incase." I sigh. He is right. I do a TikTok with the boys when Kalia comes down. We head over to the pool and get into our swim suits. I see Kalia wearing a bikini. She is not allowed to wear that until she is 24.  Noah, Blake, and Kio must have thought the same thing because we all covered her up. 

Kalia: "But you guys are boys." She argued. Good point good point.

Josh: "Touché." She giggled. Dayum she has the cutest giggle. I wish court could hurrry it up already.

 I gave her my phone to keep her busy so she wouldn't argue. I send Anthony and Blake with Quinton to get Kalia a suprise. 

Kalia: "Bryce you didn't tell me that you were famous!" Great she found my TikTok.

Bryce: "I wouldn't say famous."

Kalia: "Yeah sure like 14 million followers is nothing. And god do you ever put on shirts, jeez." Everyone chuckles a little. She puts the phone down then falls asleep. She is adorable while she sleeps. 

- A few hours later-

We get out of the pool and I pick up my phone and take a picture to post on my instagram.

I carry her into her room and slip a hoodie over her head. I bring her to her bed and lay her down.  I look at her and then make up my mind and kiss her goodnight. 

Bryce:  "Night pumpkin," with that I walk out of the room
