It had nearly been two years since Aurora died and resurrected only to discover someone was looking for her. Aurora so desperately wanted to find this person but she knew she couldn't. Like the soldier, she was trapped.  She hoped by her near-death experience she would stop the killing and may be set free. 

But that never happened. 

After coming back to life HYDRA wiped her and wiped her over again to erase what memories she had of the soldier. This worried the soldier as he feared she wouldn't remember him but that wasn't the case. Since her resurrection, her powers got stronger making her able to evade amnesia. The stronger she got the more she spiralled out of control freezing her ageing process so she would stay 24 much like the soldier. 

The power of The Black Swan remained and Aurora learnt to hide behind a mask again. She resumed her cold, bitter demeanour on missions and pushed the kindness out until it's not visible. She stopped dreaming, hoping and questioning. If she wanted to survive then she would have to play the sick game. Her and the soldier would have to suffer together at the hands of HYDRA. 

The story of the two assets ends here and the story of their rebellion has yet to begin. 

The woman sat in a small square room bored out of her mind. Her eyes around at the yellow room around her. She imagined what could be happening outside the room and thought back to her training days. Aurora had some pieces of paper and a pencil she found on a mission a while ago and decided to write everything she knew or remembered of life before all this gore. 

Sometimes, when things got too much for Aurora she would begin writing about what happened. Writing her feelings down was a way for her to heal her pain. The stories would go on forever sometimes but they helped. 

The yellow room as she had begun to call it was too crowded today to write. She didn't want to risk getting punished or having her opinions on paper stolen. Aurora resorted to thinking of the woman in the mirror. 

Past, present and future.

The woman in the mirror haunted Aurora's dreams at night. She wanted to find out who this woman was so bad but she knew she couldn't leave. Aurora wanted to know who she belonged to besides HYDRA and the KGB. She must have a family out there so she began thinking them up. She wanted to have a mother and she hoped her mother still wanted her. 

Today, she wanted to list everything she wanted her family to be. She does this whenever her soldier isn't around because it makes her feel complete again. 

Her mother has red hair just like the woman in the mirror similar to Aurora's but redder. She also has green eyes. 

She's kind, beautiful and warm because she chose to be like that. Her mother had a choice in life and she was free.

She's like Aurora, kind but can be everyone's worse nightmare. And Aurora is everyone's worse nightmare. She's caused so much pain with her abilities alone. 

Her father has brown hair darker than Aurora's and has brown eyes. Aurora just felt like this was true. 

He is kind, playful and cares a lot about Aurora. He fell in love with her mother much like Aurora did with the soldier.
