"Thank you Mr.Sean" She said with the smile which I had never seen
She looked happy with cheeks slightly blushed and eyes curving into a smile...
Beautiful
The word Beautiful cannot describe what I had infront me. It's more than that.. More than anything that I had felt for any woman I've met..
The conversation that went between us made me feel like we got closer. I realised whenever she talks about her dad, she cries and it makes my world crumble.. I can tell she loves her dad..
I dont want to see her cry but I also want to know more about her..
"So.. We can start tomorrow,right?" I asked
"Yes sir" she replied straightening her back suddenly
"Hahaha... Why did you become so stiff suddenly? I'm not going to start a military training... Haha" Its really funny how she takes everything very seriously
"Oh... Sorry.. I was a little excited she said her face red with embarrassment
"No problem.. No need of Sorry.. Well it's getting late... let's head inside make preparations for dinner" I said
Daisy POV:
Yes!! I can start to learn music tomorrow
I was very excited and happy
"Let's head inside and make preparations for dinner" Sean said and got up
As I was about to get up, I felt a sharp pain in my right ankle suddenly and I sat down again
It must be because of me tripping before.. I didnt notice because Sean caught me
I took a look at it and it is pretty swollen and red..
" Why aren't you coming? Come on it's getting late" Sean said
"Oh sorry! You go on ahead and I will follow you" I said
He looked at me and said "Is everything alright?"
"Yeah ofcourse... Everything is fine.. I'll just follow you.. You go on"
"No! What's wrong? You look like you are in pain.. Is everything alright?"
These are the little things that make my heart flutter... God!!! Why should he be such a nice guy? It's hard for me to move on if he treats me like this..
Maybe he is good to everyone.. He is careful of his surroundings and he takes care of the people around him
"What happened?" He asked again
"I.... I think I sprained my leg"
He looked worried.. Why?
"What? Where? When did this happen?" He rushed
"I dont know!! I didnt notice.. It must be from the fall before.. Sorry"
"What? Why are you saying sorry? How can you be so stupid to not notice sprain!"
"Its fine. I'll manage.. It's hurts just a little but I can manage"
"What is fine! Its swollen so much.. Come, I'll take you inside"
He sat down on his knees with his back facing me like he wants to give a piggyback ride.. My face became red on the thought
" No... No... I'm fine really.. You dont have to do that!!" I said
"You want me to carry you princess style" he mocked
"What!No!!!"
"Then just let me piggy back you
"Ha fine.. Just wait a minute"
I can't do this... I was never this close to a man before.. Him being Sean made it more difficult.. My heart raced..
I placed my hand on his shoulder and I feel like bursting... He pulled me up on to his back and I can feel his body heat transferring through his thin sweatshirt that he wore
He is warm..
My heart was about to explode and I hope Sean will not notice this
"Is this your first time?" Sean asked
"What?"
"This piggy back.. Is this your first time?"
"Why? Why do you ask?" I blushed
"I can hear... your heart beating so fast
I just wanted to make a hole and bury myself... this is embarrassing ...
"Ye...yeah" I whispered
He took me inside and gave a cool pad and it felt nice over the swollen skin.
" You can rest... Today I'll make dinner" Sean said
"No!! What... No problem... I can manage... I'll just put ice on it and I'll be fine"
"Dont..." He looked frustrated
"Dont enter the kitchen today.. I'll manage something simple.. Just rest for today" he said
Somehow it didnt feel real..
After my dads death, mom was always busy earning and brother rarely comes home.. I'm used to being alone even during sick days.. Suddenly having someone by my side when I'm sick makes me feel special
I'm happy
After sometime Sean brought 2 plates of Bread toast along with eggs sunny side up and fruit salad.. Eventhough its regular food, today it is tastier..
After eating Sean helped me up and walked me to the sofa where I sat and watched as he cleared the plates and cleaned everything..
Then he came and sat beside me
"Thank you" I said head held down
"No problem"
"No really... It's been a long time someone took care of me when I'm sick.. It means a lot.. Thank you" I said tears flowing from my eyes
Sean sat infront of me kneeling down infront of the sofa and looked at me.. I couldn't meet his eyes and I held my head down..
Sean POV:
She is crying.. Oh my God!! What should I do?
I felt a knot in my heart.. I dont want to see her cry..
I sat infront of her but she denies to look at me.. so if lifted her face to look at me and what I saw tore my heart into pieces
Her eyes filled with tears and tears rolling down her cheek with her face flushed.. I can see that she is hurting..
I dont know why I did but when I became aware of the situation I saw Daisy in my arms
I hugged her..
In my arms she was surprised at first but she gave in and hugged me back crying..
"You know you can cry if you want... Everyone wants to cry at some point. You dont have to act tough when you are not. I am here for you"
Eventhough I hesitated a lot to say these words before.. after I said that I felt lighthearted and Daisy cried in my arms..
