"Daddy!!"
The girl jumped into her fathers arms, squealing when he spun her around.
"Hey babygirl!" Justin set his daughter on her feet, placing a kiss to her forehead.
Cameron then started spouting off questions such as "How was your trip?", and "Was your flight decent?", and "Oh, and did you bring me somethin back?", not noticing the tall brunette standing behind her father. Justin answered all her questions, taking her hand and squeezing, trying to calm her down.Harry stared at the two, his eyes wide and brows furrowed.
How odd, he thought.
The girl was acting like a child yet she was, like, 17. Or something. When the girl did notice him, she faltered, stepping back a bit.
"Daddy, whose this?" She asked in her thick southern accent.
Justin smiled and stepped back to clasp a hand to Harry's shoulder, smiling proudly.
"This here's Harry. Harry Styles to be exact. He came all the way from London."Cameron's brows furrowed as the boy smiled timidly at her. "London, Kentucky? That's not far, only about six hours. Why'd you fly?" She asked, looking at the boy and cocking her head to the side.
Harry had to admit, she was cute. "Uh, no. Not London, Kentucky. Uh London, England."Cameron's eyes widened. "Wow. Hey, that's where daddy went. Oh, y'all met there, didn't you? Wow, I feel stupid." she clapped a hand to her forehead, smiling sillily.
Harry grinned, she was just too adorable.
"So wait, daddy. What's he doin?"
Justin smiled. "Well Hun,he's gonna stay with us for a bit. Your momma already said its alright."
Cameron grinned. She's never spent the night with a boy before. She's never stayed in the same home as a boy overnight who wasn't related somehow. This would be fun.•H•
Harry smiled timidly at the brown headed woman, holding his hand out to shake her hand. The woman grinned and disregarded his hand, pulling him into a tight embrace.
"Honey, 'round here we don't shake hands. We hug. C'mon now, you must be starving. I made roast, that alright with you?"
She looked to a taken-a-back Harry, leading him by his hand to the kitchen.
He nodded slowly, overwhelmed. The house was huge. The woman was so...touchy. The girl wouldn't stop talking. The only one that seemed...normal...was Justin.
"Oh, yeah, it sounds great." He smiled, standing awkwardly in the middle of the kitchen.
"Oh mama, you'll never guess who I saw at the Airport. Oh my, it was Kristina, Kristina Clark. Did you know her and her husband divorced, she was there with the little 'uns."
Harry thought this was all so strange, but he liked it. Katy smiled at Cameron, taking the roast out of the oven. She nodded and hummed at the correct times, Cameron barley giving her enough time to do even that.
Justin walked in, dressed in jeans and a flannel. He looked so casual, it was odd to Harry.
"Hey now, Cam. Let your mama rest. Why don't you take Harry here on a tour of the house, show him everything." Justin said, putting his hands on Cameron's shoulders, squeezing. Cameron nodded happily, grabbing Harry's hand and pulled him out. She led him up the stairs.
"Okay, so this is the first guest bedroom, but I think you will be staying in the fourth, it's next to mine. Oh! And this is the guest bedroom bathroom, right through there. Mama and Daddy's room is down the hall and to the left, in their own little wing. It's got another kitchen and everything. Oh, here's your room."
Cameron's hand was still in Harry's, and he couldn't help but feel a little warm about that. She opened the designated door and motioned around.
"Right through there's the bathroom and closet. I think daddy put all your stuff there," she motioned to the recliner in the corner of the room. She showed him the dresser, (even opening the drawers, which harry felt completely unnecessary, but he let her because she was cute.)
She finally led him out of the room, and pulled him in the one right next to it. She pushed him onto the bed, telling him to sit.
"So this is my room! Oh these are all the awards I got in elementary and middle school, all for volleyball. I made varsity two years ago, in 9th grade. Oh these are the pictures me and my friends took last year at camp, I put them all in order, look!"
She dragged Harry up, pushing him towards the cork board.
Polaroids were tacked up, pictures of Cameron and her friends. In one particular picture, she and a tall brunette had their arms thrown around each other, their hair matted to their faces and necks with water. They were infront of a lake, nothing but little bikinis on. He almost gaped at her figure. Her long slender legs were tan, drops of water leaving dark trails of dirt from the lake. She had the biggest smile on her face, and she looked so happy. Harry wished he could see that everyday.
"Harry! Come on there's more!" She pulled on his hand, forcing him to look down at her. He complied, smiling down at her as she clasped onto his hand. He grinned, getting ready to comply, but Katy's voice stopped him.
"Harry! Cam! Dinners ready! Come downstairs!" Harry smiled sheepishly and followed Cam down the stairs.
